I have a deathly alergy to all nuts. I once at that stuff and nearly went into shock. My blood pressure dropped to about 60

wakarimasen I always leave out nuts in my banana bread recipes. Tastes better that way, imho.

wakarimasen What really tastes good in banana bread is date honey. I'm not sure where to sub it in a recipe (probably in place of white sugar) but it adds such an interesting texture and flavor.
