  • you know? it's difficult to make a poem if you don't have an inspiration.

  • Hello and welcome to YWS! I'm Mage. Feel free to come to me if you ever have any questions about YWS.

(If I'm ever not on, junior moderators, global moderators and admins definitely would be able to help you out with any questions or concerns you have, and your fellow members would be happy to help as well.)

Before you get settled in, you might want to swing by the rules thread to see what's allowed on the site, and the FAQ thread to figure out how the site works. It explains a lot about the basics of the site, like how to post your works and how to get points. It was really useful to me back when I first joined the site, so hopefully it'll be just as useful for you.

We also have a fun event going on this month called #RevMo - all you have to do to take part in it is review throughout the month! This thread goes a lot more into it, while also giving some helpful review links. And, if you get enough reviews in throughout the month, you might be able to get a new color for your username!

(The colors are also listed in that thread.)

I hope you enjoy your time on YWS!

Mageheart Thanks for the follow, by the way!

"there's no lame poetry and story"

readers, do not judge the writers if u don't like what you've read and do not compare them to the other writers, because they have very different ways of writing to express their emotions and feelings.

writers, ur works are beautiful and full of metaphors. it's your words, spread it and stop dragging urself down.

  • Hi, @riotheselcouth! I'm Liberty. Libby or Lib. Or whatever nickname you come up with. Anyways, I hope you're doing well today or tonight, depending on what side of the world you're on. :smt003

I'm so glad that you chose YWS. This is a great place to ReAd, ReViEw, WrItE, and to really, just SoCiALizE. Well, if you have any questions, you can always ask the admins or mods. Or of course, me, if I know the answer to your questions. :D

Enjoy your stay here! Oh, and thanks for the follow. :smt023

riotheselcouth HAHAHAHHA okay libby, cute name huh. Btw u. made my day, night rather. I feel that am totally welcome here.

i have something to tell u, how to gain points? HHHAHAHAHA

Lib (: It's pretty simple to get points actually. All you have to do, is review something! Remember, though, that the minimum review length is four complete sentences. (Ooh, and FYI --> you can get 25 extra points if you do a review in the Green Room. ;))

To post a new poem/story/chapter you have to have 200 points at the very least. I'm sure you know that already.
