Just finished the new prologue for Final Light:
"A woman ran through the woods, breathing heavily, tears streaming down her face. She couldn’t run fast enough, not with the baby in her arms. If only his father would come...that angel could save them.
But he wasn’t here, instead, there were monsters that called themselves men. Sharukai. Demonic assassins."
Should put it up soon...

*Excerpt from my WIP novel, "The Final Light"*
Raollin turned to Azerius, "You have a cult of demonic assassins hunting you," he turned to Wren, "You have an angry mob of witch hunters trying to kill you..."
He threw his hands into the air, "And we all have an order of immortal warriors tracking us!"
Azerius shuffled his feet a bit. Wren played with her hair.
Raollin's eyes narrowed, "So...What was the bad news?"
(I'm still working on Miracles, but I had to revise it because it was...well...terrible. That will be out soon. )
