maybe if my PARENTS would stop ARGUING WITH EACH OTHER, it WOULD be relaxing

I hate being on vacation because it's like "WE PAYED LOTS OF MONEY TO BE HERE SO WE'RE DOING ALL THE THINGS AND EVERY DAY IS BUSY" and it's like no I need two-three business days before the next activity please and thank you this vacation is more stressful than regular life

update: waited until morning to buy karambits because I need to use my mother's credit card anyway and it's generally considered polite to tell someone before you use their credit card
but I now have rainbow karambits arriving on Thursday (as well as a comb/butterfly knife that caught my attention as I was buying karambits)

improvising most of a crochet pattern because the only pre-made pattern you have is a video in Spanish that if you followed exactly would make something approximately the right size for a doll is surprisingly easier than I thought it would be

me, being asked to play the violin after several months of not practicing: I might be a little rusty but I've been playing for eleven years, I'm sure muscle memory will kick in fairly quickly, this will be fine

you know it's going to be a great work shift when you haven't even actually started yet and all your joints hurt and your hands are visibly trembling

so I recently started playing an online FPS that my girlfriend has been trying to get me to play for a while and the one thing I've learned is that toxic people can also be really funny when they're trying to be mean to me

"what is wrong with you" a lot of things actually

it's like
they kinda sting for a second and then I'm like "but they're right, and also why do I care"
I thought playing an online game with a bunch of randoms after hearing all about toxic idiots in these types of games would be hard because of anxiety but it's actually ended up just being really fun
