WeepingWisteria Hello, Luci! My, my, my. I've dealt with some nasty cults in my time. Mostly Anachronism Saviors, which tend to be just the worst. Hopefully, you don't fall into that category. It'd be my job to arrest you, then! Haha. What's your favorite manga, though? I love myself some Junji Ito, but that might not be your style.

Mageheart Honestly not sure if my cult counts as that one, but the dictionary I dug out from Blackout's room makes me think it's not. And there's an apocalypse going on, so you probably wouldn't be really doing any arresting. The only major civilizations near the Lux are some small towns, and most of them come to us for help, anyways.
As for manga: I've been reading a lot of isekai manga for research purposes right now, but my all time favorite is Blue Exorcist. Because demons.

Research purposes, huh? Makes sense, though most of them aren't very accurate, I'm afraid. Are you a fan of demons? Or, well, demon fiction, I should say. I'm not sure traditional demons were made to be liked.

Mageheart Oh, I'm very much a fan of demons! Back when I first became a mutant, I was convinced I had become a demon overnight. I wasn't entirely wrong, since my mutation makes me look like one sometimes, but.
:shrugs:
The isekai manga definitely aren't accurate, but it's not like anyone's doing any kind of interdimensional travel right now, so it's the best I can do. I keep hoping I'll find something that can help me get back to my old Earth.
And hey! Those crystal monsters are basically like...I don't know if you've ever played a game like Genshin Impact, but there's a dragon named Dvalin in it, and he gets these weird crystal growths that cloud his judgement and make him dangerous. It's kind of like that. When humans get those crystals embedded in their skin, they become mutants. When anything else does, for the most part, they become monsters—or just more dangerous versions of themselves.

Hey there! I'm Luci (they/them), also known as Lucifer Grace, also known as the Almighty Entity of Chaos and Darkness, also known as All Powerful Savior of the Fallen, also known as the almighty ruler of darkness. I'm the leader of the Lux, a sanctuary for mutants that sometimes strays a little too much into cult terroritory. I used to try making it not a cult, but it was too tiring. I put my energy to more important things now, like fighting evil crystal monsters, fighting evil humans, and reading manga. I'm also a former member of Cute Mutants, and I miss my brother in nongendered arms, Chatterbox, dearly.
But I'll get back to my Earth eventually, and to all of the Cute Mutants, too. I just have to keep looking for a way back.
