i'm really proud of this one. i've found myself recently to be writing emotions, whether or not they're what i'm feeling. but this poem came straight from my heart, and i think it might be one of my favorite poems i've written. i hope you like it <3

1) I got out of grad school! This was probably the best thing to happen to me this year, tbh. I was not okay as a PhD student and I'm so, so glad I had the courage to drop out even though I was terrified to do so at the time. It was a great move and my mental health is sooooo much better now <3

2) I got a great job! I probably would be less jazzed about #1 without this being true, so I feel really fortunate that this worked out. And I'm optimistic about career advancements in the somewhat near future ^^

3) Feels cheesy to include YWS, but y'all know I'm all about dat cheese I had a blast on YWS this year! I really need to work on my Yearbook Post more, but some highlights off the top of my head are how I've shot up to #3 on the All-Time Forum Posts Leaderboard as I #JumpTheLeaderboards via a lot of fun memories in Randomosity and a score of awesome RPs ^^

4) Also thankful for my awesome RP buddies! Gotta give them a shoutout (and this doubles as your tag to participate in this hashtag if you want^^) @GrandWild <3 all of our duos make me so happy and I've got more dopamine from them than I could ever begin to describe lol I could get very sappy here but I'm going to spare everyone that.
