Salutations! I'm Adrian. I've been on YWS for about four years!
I mostly write prose, although I sometimes dip into poetry once every blue moon. So far, I've written two novels and numerous short stories. I plan to be published by the end of 2018, so here's to hoping.
Even though I aspire to being a proofreader/editor, I still tend to make a an egregious amount of mistakes in my writing. Whoops.
I love researching!
Currently, I enjoy being a player and DM when playing D&D. My current character is a half-elf noble sorcerer named Romulus!

) I can let go, and make whatever happen! I am even writing an actual book that I hope to publish in the future!

Even though most might see me as a shy little girl, and are surprised to hear this, but I am a total Horror reader! I love to read and write horror! Ra.L. Stine's Goosebumps it the first series that lead me into it! I just love reading it, and mysteries as well! You can find me a on quiet day sitting and reading one book after another. I love taking little vacations while reading-even if it is into a town that has a spree killer going around. XD
I ALWAYS encourage details, and I love it when people use much detail in their writing. Using similes and imagery in your writing can literally make it 100 times better!

I'm 17 years old, I love to read and write, and I play the piano and viola. I'm a bit of a recluse, the kind of person who spends most of the summer in their room.
I'm an enormous bookworm - always have been, always will be. I'll read pretty much anything except romance.
As far as writing goes, I've managed to complete two drafts of one novel, the first draft of another, and two years of NaPoWriMo. I've got a long way to go, though.

Snazzy is currently a sophomore music education major at a university! She plays clarinet in the School of Music's Wind Symphony, but also marches baritone with the Legends Drum and Bugle Corps. (She dabbles in a little bit of piano.)
Snazzy hopes to one day get her bachelor's in Music Education so she can teach High School students her love of music like her band director(s) did for her!

You're supposed to write biographies in 3rd person POV, but I'm a rebel.
I'm your average girl, accompanied by a few quirks that you'll immediately become aware of upon meeting me (e.g. reciting movie lines word-for-word, pretending my story characters are real people, maintaining textual indecision about using "lol" or "haha", saying "also" too much, awkwardly repeating your words in song, awarding myself virtual points, imagining the things you say as famous quotes, blurting references you won't understand, leaving for long periods of time without notice, obsessively editing, doling out sarcasm, acting stupidly insecure, laughing too much, not laughing enough, and various others). I am also a ball of stress.
I honestly wish I was better at writing these.
I would probably have more friends.

I haven't been here for that long (only two years but it feels slightly longer D: ) I enjoy being lonely with my two cats (Hermes and Miso), going outside only for a few minutes, and school (which many find surprising; maybe that's why I want to be a teacher lol). Also, I'm a Scorpio if it matters.

I'm an eager, audacious writer who is happy to have finally found a place for talented, educated, and intelligent people who share my interests. My passion is to write, and I'm usually found throughout the day, in some shape or form, writing. I've composed several essays that have been published, worked on a written history of my family genealogy, and done a million other things, whether on my own accord or that of a school's, that can be considered as writing. The particular genres and topics of my writing vary, though I prefer to craft excessively long short stories and I sometimes even try to write a novel, although I always lose motivation and end up abandoning the project. I also like to dabble with poetry, though my ability to craft skillful poetry is lacking (although I have been getting better over time). Furthermore, my reading interests also vary, though I'm bound to read about anything, from Sherlock Holmes novels to the Sunday comics, so as long as it suits my tastes. Beyond that, I'm mostly incredibly picky about my personal info, so you'll probably never hear about anything in my personal life other than what I've compiled here, and the occasional tidbits that don't exactly coincide with the deeply personal details, like my age, the state in which I live, and the like. Finally, my writing style is detail-obsessive, with long sentences found throughout much of what I write, only occasionally broken up by a small one. If you prefer such works, then I suppose I'm the person for you; otherwise, feel free to hate me for my sheer inability to write anything short and simple. In conclusion, I'm happy to be on the Young Writer's Society, and I hope to stay and develop my writing talents here for years to come.
Oh, and as you can tell from my avatar (provided by the master moderator Lumi himself), I'm a big Pokémon fan. I guess that's what three years of playing the games does for you, eh? And, as you can imagine, I like to write some fan-fiction stories every now and then, though this is largely depending on my personal tastes and whether or not I have inspiration. However, recently, I have largely abandoned most fan-fiction pursuits in favor of some of my more original works. This is not because of any disliking, on my part, fan fiction - I still enjoy composing fan fiction every now and then, and you can find me doing so in the YWS's PMD Storybook (which I will not explain here; you can probably find it yourself, especially given its prominence in the SB forums).
I suppose that topic, not to mention the concept of the biography section itself, probably leads me to my explanation for my username. I thought of the idea of the name I use now because it represents a few aspects of my personality (and also because it was almost time for me to go to sleep when I was creating my account, and I had to come up with something quick. However, for the sake of not sounding like a loser, I'll going to discuss the other reason. ). First and foremost, I'm clever, witty, intelligent, and like to display that in my writing, or sometimes in public, especially during a debate or in a conversation. I play the piano, I'm learning how to speak Spanish fluently, and I'm a friendly, well-meaning person. Thus, especially given the connotations and aspects commonly associated with a fox, the last part of my username came rather quickly to me. Furthermore, the second part of my username also came to me based on some of my personality traits, as well as what I understand about silver. Silver is beautiful, shiny, and gleaming...up until the moment it tarnishes and becomes an hideous gray. That just about sums up my personality - usually optimistic and joyous, eager and creative, unless provoked otherwise. If I become provoked, I become a bit rage-filled (rageful should be a word. ), depressed, frustrated, temperamental, or experience some combination of those negative emotions. Don't worry, I'm not going to spew out my anger on you - I've spent about two years or so on another site around other people, and have managed to perfect my online etiquette. But I suppose I'm straying from the point. In all, that's why I came up with the name TheSilverFox.
In conclusion, that's a summary of me. If you haven't already died trying to read this, I congratulate you for your mettle. Now scat; you probably have better things to do than to listen to a fool's conversation about himself.

If I were a building myself as a character I would start with the figure of the average American teen, with not so average ideas. You know, the one that when they get older says to another of their generation, "And we though that we had all the answers. Just look at them now!"
So maybe it turns out our ideas are average, but who cares. take Ted Geisel or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle for example. They're dead.
My character would also spend too much time reading, writing and wasting away at other small hobbies. Maybe one day she'll realize that it all pays off one way or another. Right now she's not too convinced.
My character tries hard to be optimistic and wants to be anything but loud and outspoken. Well, part of her wants to be, but she'd love to be soft and quiet, like the writer you normally think of.
She's for the most part daring, an old soul tugging at her existence. She loves the blue of the sky and wiener dogs. And horses. And cotton candy ice-cream.
Bet I had you going there for a while, huh?
