  • A few days ago, I had a terrible stomach bug. I didn’t eat anything for a day and a half. Since then, my appetite hasn’t been the same, and it’s been really hard to eat full meals because I keep getting full really quick. And that’s after not eating for just a day.
    This is a reminder to listen to what your body needs. We need daily food to sustain ourselves and have enough energy for the day. Hunger is your body’s way of telling you that it needs that energy. Feeling full is your body’s way of telling you that it’s satisfied. Listen to your body. It’s all about balance. <333
