  • guys maybe we should define "a hydratipn" is it just water? is it lemonade? what to we want to say is a hydration

AilahEvelynMae I would say any liquid that helps you meet your liquid intake needs count. So things like water, lemonade, coffee, tea, etc :D

avianwings47 I agree I agree. Also, when people say “4 hydrations today” (or something along those lines) in their threads, I never have any idea how much water that is. Is it a drink? An ounce? A cup??

  • What is the measurement of “I hydrated”? Is hydrating a drink of water or…?

fatherfig drinking a couple waters through out the day so a few hours after you woke up if youve drank one water thats okay but you should hydrate almost tri-hourly so like every three hours depending on how much you move and how much water youve had, technicallly we are most efficient with 8 8 ounce glasses of water broken up over the day :)

fatherfig its not always attainable and everyones body mass is different so six hydrates or one big hydrate you sip on all day are adequate

  • So I'd say that I'm pretty good with keeping myself hydrated and feeding myself, but I've seen first-hand what eating disorders/ disordered eating can do to a person, so I care very passionately about healthy eating. <3 Thought I'd join in to offer some sort of support! (and also make sure I'm drinking more water...because I can always do that)

    fatherfig thats wonderful

To have more, you have to become more. Don't wish it was easier - wish you were better. For things to change, you have to change, and for things to get better, you have to get better.
