A thought just hit me, guys do you also think, that to give personality tests one should first have a deeper understanding of ourselves, then only the results are right? I have seen people giving the test almost like portraying the character they want themselves to be. What do you all think?

deleted32 Mhm, I think it's important to be honest when taking the questionnaire. People taking the test as who they want themselves to be is probably why so many people are misidentified INTJ's and INFJ's, two allegedly rare types.

Kaia Yeah. I totally agree. You have to be one hundred percent honest with yourself or you won't get accurate results. I used to pass as an INFJ because I guess I wanted to have a bigger imagination than I actually do. XD I also passed as an extravert at some point. Probably when I was in one of my chattier moods. I will also say that some tests are more accurate than others. 16Personalities Myers Briggs gives very accurate results and a fun explanation of your personality type after you finish the test. That one is really helpful for characters and it's totally free. :)
