Wildfires in California

To everyone living in Southern California, we’re praying for you and that everything is going to be alright. I can’t believe over 1,000,000 people have had to evacuate, and I hope every one of the YWS’ers from SoCal are doing alright.
I have family in San Diego, and they’re doing just fine, although one of my great aunts was evacuated. That’s no big deal, but guess what she took when the authorities told her to evacuate immediately? You would think pictures of loved ones, some cherished novelties, jewelry, medicine, or something like that. Nope. Not in my family. She took apples, peanut butter, and salt. Her daughter had to call her to remind her to take her cell phone, along with her cell phone charger.
Fortunately, it sounds like the weather is supposed to improve in another day, and that the authorities are making gains in containing the fires.

I’ve been witching the news! It’s so freaky that such things could happen to the ones that many believe to be immortal! Celebrities! not that i’m one of those, of course.
