First, I promise I have not been lazy with the blog updates today! I had class only until noon, but then I got lunch with my old office as one of my former co-workers is moving on to bigger and better things. After that, I spent two hours in the library doing some studying, then had a study skills session at 4:10. Got home around 6, took an hour nap, then had some dinner. Walking around DC today in khakis and a heavy polo shirt while its 90 degrees outside completely wore me out, so I could do little else other than sit in front of the television for a while.

But in any case, with the advent of the Young Writers Society radio program, is there anything you would like to hear on it? I have a ton of ideas for it already, and I’m busy at this time writing up a schedule (that way there won’t be any awkward pauses). However, what is it that you would like out of it? Like the rest of the site, the radio program should be community focused. I’d like to use the first 10 minutes to just talk about announcements and upcoming changes, but the remaining 50 minutes should be people calling in, shout-outs, and poetry jams.

By the way, if you would like to be a featured speaker, simply PM me. By that, I mean I would be more than willing to allocate anything from a minute to ten minutes to you. You could discuss a writing tip, review a book or movie, do a pseudo-news segment, or really just about anything. If you have an idea, just PM me with it. If I agree with your idea, then we’ll make it work.
