Poetry <3 Because I like painting or sketching out art then writing in a poem to create a story.
Also because poetry is a more creative way to express your emotion.
"It was Cinco de Mayo Pillow case on his head No more breathing time An ambulance sped It sped round every corner Calling out his name." "Lemonade"- Cocorosie
Short Story because I love the idea of making up new characters, and to play with the style and the plot of writing. Novels would be second but i am always tempted to make lots of characters which often make the novel too complicated to write.

I like to write novels, but mainly because whenever I get an idea for a story and intend for it to be short, the idea keeps getting bigger and bigger. With my book that I am working on I was aiming for 20,000 words, now I'm at over double that size and it's unfinished and unedited, not to mention ideas for a sequel... I get way too attached to my characters to let the stories be short!
Novels! First, I suck at writing poems. Second, when writing short stories a bunch up info because I think of it being Short. Third, I like writing, so none of the above doesn't come into play.
"There is a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased that line." ~Oscar Levant
"Gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love." ~ Albert Einstein (heehee about gravitation )
NOVELS! its this long journey you take once you start one. It is just toooo beautiful for words. and when you finish one you sit back with this kindda funny feeling in your heart and the characters you create alonh the way they stay with you forever!
If Novels are a bucket of imagination, Short story is a bucket of imagination made to fit a mug.
This isn't easy to answer for me because short stories come easy 4 me, however, I like getting into the characters heads and novels allow me to go more in depth
Novels, one of the reasons being for the feeling of accomplishment you get after completion.
But scriptwriting comes a close second. I find it fun, yet challenging writing dialogue, especially sitcoms. Getting to know the characters and what they would say at certain opportunities is difficult, but great once you've done it right.
I especially love writing comedy. Even though need to invest in a notepad for it - I come up with gags that I think are funny, but then days later they've drifted out of my mind!
I like writing novels because I can't write short stories or poems 8D
Whenever I try to write short stories, I end up making it a novel because I want to expand it so badly! Poems... well, let's just say I'm not one with nature.
"Good begins with evil, and evil is here to stay." - From The Sovereign
About time I replied to this. I like novels for the sole reason that they accommodate my way of writing all over the place. I've even taken to using loose-leaf so I can put things in any order that works.
