Okay, so I have a bunch of exiled royalty who use magic. I have telekinesis, shape-shiftes, pyrokinetics, telepathy and a couple who can see the short-term future, but I was wondering if there were any thoughts to other kinds of magic?
healers, flyers, transporters, premonition, knowing, control-- which means you can control anyone, um just use your imagination the possibilities are endless,
conjurers, invisibility, seers, magic voice-- which means they can say a spell and it will come true, weather control, time frezzers, the power to control water, the power to control rocks, the power to control air, the power to contol fire.
It also depends on how you're developing magic overall. The different sections or groupings of magic depends on the rules that govern the greater spectrum.
For instance you can have isolated powers like telekinesis or invisibility; or you could have magic associated with moral paths (light=good necromancy=bad), or you could have magic associatiated with gods (determined by the traits of the god).

So you're going to kill a god. Sure. But what happens next?
As far as developing magic, few characters are able to develop mage abilities beyond one or two abilities. Most are able to shape-shift, except the "prophets", who pretty much use up their magical ability to foresee.
I'll cover the basics for Elemental magic, which include the following:
Animal magic- talking to, sensing, using, or shapechanging into animals
Earth magic- talking, using, seeing through, with plants, soil, rock, metal
Air magic- talking, using, seeing, sensing, hearing thing, seeing things (both from far away), sending, creating storms, bringing rain, etc, with the winds, air, storms
Fire magic- talking to, using, creating, stopping, making shapes with, etc, with fire or heat of any kind
Water magic- talking to animals of the water, using, etc, with water
Dark and light magic- all of the above, except using sunlight or the absence of sunlight
If you need any more help with Elemental magics, feel free to PM me.
