You should try to get your sleep schedule back. Don´t be like me, sleeping 5 to 6 hours a night because I need my time to do other stuff.

yeah, you need your sleep. Trust me, it's not fun when you're sleep deprived.

i once spent like three days awake. do not recommend. it was horrible

yiiiiikes and people look at me in horror when I tell them my 37 hour record of sleep deprivation hahah and even more horror when I reveal that I then promptly slept for legitimately 24 hours straight the next day

i pretty much did the same afterwards (like nearly 24hrs asleep lol).

i, too, lost track of what day is was during those three days. tho, tbh, i can't remember what day it is anyway lol

Staying awake for a long time is never fun except when you were a child.

yeah it's really disorienting -- even Siri gets confused

me: "set an alarm for 3 pm tomorrow"
Siri: do you mean Tuesday or Wednesday
me: .......... 3 pm today, I guess.

yeah, not to mention it can seriously screw with your head. you will hallucinate and it will not be fun....sometime around halfway through day two...

Hmm, my current record is uhh 50 hours. And honestly I don't know, I've never felt any bad side effects...yet. And I literally just sleep maybe four hours at most even after being awake forever. I just can't seem to sleep for all that long even when I want to xD

Have you talked to a doctor about that? Cause, like, my sleep schedule is a hot mess lol no judgment -- but that is really, really not healthy on a neurological level

xD I just don't know. Rn not falling asleep for long periods of time is an advantage so I'm just kind of going with it. These days I don't even need coffee to awake sometimes, I just am not sleepy

The 50 hours was for a funeral though, recently the max is prolly 40 ish hours maybe
