Raphael is my latest character from Magi High School, suppose Ella were to get attacked on her way to or home from shopping. Raphael being a man of honor would step in to assist Ella, there after the confrontation. Raphael would offer his services, escort her home, even become her guardian.

Guardianship is a Oath of Protection that a man or woman would make to one another, they would recite an oath that includes the Guardian's name, the protectee's name, and the acceptance of the protectee. If the protectee were to accept then the Guardian would stand ready to give there life if needed, now if a Guardian were to break this oath then it has the penalty of death soon after the creed is broken. This means the guardian cannot be seperated from the protectee, not by any god or parent can this happen unless the protectee dismisses the guardians services. Continued in next post...
