!. You post on a forum dedicated to nerds.
2. you have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
3. You love sci-fic,science,fanasty,RPG, 2D animation
4. you want to chill out with other nerds
5.You actually LIKE school/collage.

And yes, all of this applies to me.

You know you are a nerd when your Email address is more obscure than most passwords.

You know when you are a nerd when you try and explain how C.O.D. makes no sense physics wise to your friends.

You know you are a nerd when, when talking about music and films, you casually mention to teachers, some 40 years or more older than you, that things you have seen/heard are "before their time"

You know your a nerd when you have people thanking you for teaching them things, and randomly commenting on your wisdom.

You know you're a nerd when you spend hours on a physics and chemistry simulator, mixing chemicals creating reactions, explosions and new serums.

You know you are a nerd when you get into a lengthy discussion with a teacher on the nature of translating the word "awesome".

you know you're a nerd when you collect crap that no one else cares about, like science fair trophies and Warhammer figurines

You know you are a nerd when you baffle people "with incessant quotations from now we are six,". Anybody care to find out what that quotation is from?

You know you're a nerd when you dissect dumb ideas your friends have, and tell them how it could and couldn't work.

(Two words, Kangaroo Kickstand. Okay, well its more in depth, it's an idea that you can lean back on a pole attached to your waist, like a Kangaroo leans back on it's tail. It's designed for easy rest anywhere.)

You know you're a nerd when you confuse your co-workers with medieval references.

For example: Co-worker goes to hit me jokingly with a clothing prong.

Me: Aha! A challenge from the feeble knight! Come forth and meet your gods my sword wishes to joust with your head!

co-worker:... whats jousting?

Me: you know when two knights are on horseback and ride at each other?
Co-worker: Oh....I thought that was knight-fighting?

Me: /facepalm

Huzzah!

You know you're a nerd when you can completely redraw a schematic for a motor by memory.
