Unable to edit the 'About' section

I cannot edit the About section in my profile .
Everytime I am clicking 'submit' it is going back to the old "About" part.
How to fix this problem?

I am always saying "Glad to've met you" to somebody I'm not at all glad I met. If you want to stay alive, you have to say that stuff, though.
