I think her head, neck and shoulders get rather thin and the head needs enlarging in other dimensions too but the outfit is brilliant and I love the expression. Keep up the good work!
The pose, chlothes and hair are fantastic and i really love all he detail. The proportions of the head need changing as the head, sholders and neck are to small for the body. Apart from that, well done this is really good!
Ugh... it looks like her eyes are attacking her face. Or something. I know it's supposed to be anime, but maybe it can be a little smaller?

I love the coloring, the blue just makes it awesome. The hair and face is very well done. I also like how you made the eskimo clothing kinda skimpy, ha ha irony.
Awesome, yet freaky. Freaky in a good way. But her clothes are so torn up they should be falling of her, and on the left side of her chest, I think you need to move that rip up a little. or down. Away from where it's at. Her left arm looks a little withered at the elbow. Also, her legs seem a bit too big for her body. Overall, if you just step back and look at it, it looks amazing. What I just gave you was me analyzing it with a magnifying glass. The detail rocked.

Oh, this is very cute. I like her clothes, but I have a couple of anatomy nitpicks. I hope you don't mind a little crit
The first is regarding the eyes. They're very, very big. Even CLAMP, who draw massive eyes, don't make them this big. It would be okay if the nose were a little lower; right now her nose is actually between her eyes, which strikes me as a little un-natural. I know you're going for an "anime" style, but really she needs to have some sort of depth to her eyes besides small highlights. Remember that eyes aren't just on the face, they actually rest in the face, and they're round. If I were you, I would add pupils and enlarge spots of light. This would give her face a lot more character.
It also seems that her breasts are high up on her torso and her cleavage begins much too close to her collarbone, but this might just be because of the angularity of her shoulders and how thin her neck is. If you were to change these two things, it would probably make her chest look more natural.
