I open my mouth to sing, and you can see right through me.
I open my eyes to see, And I’m invisible
I look around me to take in my surroundings
And I disappear - And then the words begin...
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.
This is a great photograph! I love the contrast between the fire and the silhouettes. I have to agree with yoha, though... having the image that big makes it a little unwieldy. Maybe you could upload another one a bit smaller, for other viewers' ease?
the fire was at a bonfire we do here every year. Everyone brings junk (wood, old couches, shelves, etc) and we pour lighter fluid over top and set it ablaze! Its quite fun, and then we all listen to music, dance, eat, visit, and watch the boys play tag-football. its a big tradition. The fire was the bigest ever this past year, so i ripped my camera out and snapped away. this one was my favorite.

But, even though it is actually two people dancing - right? - at a first glance, I thought it was two people, tied to a pole with rope around their wrists, beind burnt at the stake. So, because of this, I like it more, because it can be enterpretted many ways,
The contrast is absolutely gorgeous! The only thing is that the profile of the person on the left is pretty well defined; you can see a nose and lips, but the head of the person on the right is lost in the shadow. But in general, wow!
I like this, but not as much as the other people. It's an amazing concept, but I would have liked one of them to stand out more-either the people would have been blurry and the fire really strong, or the fire in the background and people focused. Otherwise, it's rather bland in a unique way. (grrr tried to find the right word but could not!!)
Looks very nice, I like how the fire pops out and makes the two figures stand out as well. The second person's head is too dark to see, but it's a lovely pic over all.
