I went to my parents' house to paint my mom's fence as requested, so this is what I got done while I was there. (Mom later outlined the long quote. My wrists needed a rest from all the spraypainting lol.)
This one is spoilered for a swear lol, Mom loves this quote. (It's in reference to negative self-talk, specifically: while we all have negative thoughts now and then, giving them voice by speaking badly about yourself aloud makes you believe them more.)
