Um...other than what the others have already said this is really good! The shading on the cheeks does need to be toned down and the hand needs to be shortened a little. Anyway...very good!
I would just suggest (as a few others have) that you define the shadows more clearly. Right now, all her skin is just grey... make the lit up parts whiter and the shadowy places darker. I'm also kind of bothered my the thumb that we can see under her chin; it looks too fat, and the nail looks too small. Maybe it's just me. Also, her left eye looks a little flat to me, I think the eyeball needs to bulge a little more. Also, if you darken the line around her eye, it will make the whiteness of her eye pop out more, which would be good.
The shading isn't great. The outline is very, very good (almost perfect) but the shading needs work. It lacks a desireable amount of contrast. You may see there isn't much shadow where the eyes are in the photo, but we all know the area around them caves in. So the area around her eyes should be darker.
It's interesting. It's kind of dull, however. I think to make it better there should be more shading, to make more sharp contrast between her cheek and the rest of her face.
I agree with everyone, and stuff, but I've also noticed the hand. I dunno if the model's hand really looked like that or not, but it seem to me that it's a bit too long. I tried positioning my hand like hers, and my fingers are not the length of my face, which is what it looks like in your pick. It also looks like it's bent a bit, but I can't really tell because of the way you've shaded everything.
It's a really well drawn when looking at it from a basic standpoint, but the shading kinda takes away some of the greatness from it. So, just work on shading for sure because that's what really brings a picture to life. Also...that hand bothers me...but other than that, it's really really well done.
