RED

red, a faint color
but blue is popular,
and blue is duller

a primary hue,
i like crimson and not blue,
believe me, i do

red, so beautiful
yet it's scary and useful
like blood, despiteful

red is well-favored
like strawberry flavored
candy, and red birds

DAY 2
HAIKU

it's has been awhile
so here are hakiu for you
read them with a smile

because of my school
i won't be here all the time
so stay safe and cool!

DAY 3
PRETTY GIRLS

this is a drawing^^

A DATE

in this restaurant,
you ordered a hamburger
and i ordered fries

it is sit and dine,
not steak, fancy stuff and wine
just retro design

it's just you and me
it's love, you say and i see
loving endlessly

you are merriment
taking away my torment,
sorrow, resentment

DAY 5
GREEDINESS DOESN'T MAKE YOU RICH

I am important as you are,
so we can stop this war.
why do you have to be so mean?
don't read the lines, read what is in between.

I am not to be played with.
I have told you four times, this is the fifth.
don't gaslight, don't bewitch.
greediness doesn't make you rich.

pay what is to pay.
I'm in debt and the price is higher
because of your delay.
you abused my kindness, you liar.

DAY 6
LADY IN DISTRESS

under every smart girl is a lady in distress,
a star pupil but a hell of a mess.
her friends envy her,
their torture is her torture.

don't be jealous of me,
you don't know what you don't see.
i'm "smart", i'm "pretty",
but i would absolutely disagree.

smart takes time and effort,
studying and studying 'til your neck hurts.
beauty is something everyone has,
like the person who owns your hands.

DAY 7
ALL I ASK OF YOU

the poem is inspired by the phantom of the opera, I may have used some lines in the song too

he is talk of darkness,
but he showed me the music of the night,
he is where my mind lives,
yet i have to do what is right.

let me show you freedom,
banish your mind from the phantom's kingdom.
let my words warm and calm you,
as light has come to your view.

all i want is a world so fine,
but reality's so cruel, taking what is mine.
and you're here, standing right beside me,
to guard me and to guide me.

you know i do.
as i guard you and guide you,
darling, do not be so blue.

say you'll share with me one lifetime,
let me lead you from your solitude.
my heart calls your name, seeking what is true.
so love me, that is all i ask of you.

DAY 7
PARTNER, RIVALS

we are the opposite,
my thin patience is prominent,
and you're so condescending,
wasting all the time we should be spending.

you think you're stronger than me,
you seem quite blind actually.
i can do combat and control gravity,
you just nullify powers, pfft! I hate that audacity.

we are partners, but rivals
but without each other,
i would say i'd love it yet rather,
we wouldn't be survivors.

i want to punch you
i always have wrath against you.
yet if you tried to die,
i would secretly, silently cry.

i face you madly,
but without you looking, i look at you gladly.
i would be nothing without you,
why is it so hard to tell what is true to you?

DAY 8
WALANG HAGGANG SIKAT NG ARAW

walang hanggang sikat ng araw,
ang aking mahal ay ikaw at ikaw lang.
bakit ka nagsisinungaling gaya mo?
sasabihin kong ayos lang ako pero nasasaktan ako.

kailangang huminto ang ikot na ito,
naninigas at nanginginig ang mundo ko.
ngunit ikaw ang aking kaligayahan,
ngunit wala akong kalayaan.

English version
eternal sunshine,
you and you only are my love.
why do you lie to me like you do?
I'd say I'm fine yet I'm hurting.

this cycle needs to stop,
my world is burning and shaking.
but you are my happiness,
yet i don't have freedom.
