Basically, describe your books plot in one line, explaining either a character, the plot or the central theme. It can be more than one sentence but keep to one line.

Here's mine:

"In a corrupt boarding school, one child a term is killed."

Be as creative or funny as possible, and enjoy!

Below your one line, you may talk more about your story, or why you chose this one line, if you wish.
“It is the tale, not he who tells it.”
― Stephen King

“If you don't have time to read, you don't have the time (or the tools) to write. Simple as that.”
― Stephen King

That made me LOL. Good one!

And here's mine :) (Also, MoonlightMayhem, I don't mean this to contradict yours at all! It's a very true description of the story.)

A simple Kansas girl named Corry finds out she is not a wizard and most definitely not the Chosen One.

I like this topic, I going to take a go at it.

A boy, and a powerful crystal that will change the world, and humanity!
Hey, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it, so get out there and do it!

Writing your name can lead to writing sentences. And then the next thing you'll be doing is writing paragraphs, and then books. And then you'll be in as much trouble as I am!

It's not so much a book as it is a pile of scenes, but:

Youngsters discover and adopt an abandoned house; it keeps them connected to each other, as their outside lives go a little sour. Hilarity ensues!?
I'm a kind of paranoiac in
reverse. I suspect people of
plotting to make me happy.
