Scenario: someone your character knows is in a relationship with a much older or otherwise entirely inappropriate man/woman and has been keeping it secret. Your character sees them together, but is hidden from view. What does he/she do?

Vape tried to hold himself back by flattening himself against the wall even more, right there in front of him his best friend was allowing herself to be slapped around by a man.
Slade's voice rose once again.
"You stuiped pig! I told you to wait for me!"
His next move took Vape's breath away, with a feirce snarl he brought his clenched fist into Jezz's stomache with a sickening thud.
Jezz crumpled to the ground, gasping for breath and coughing.
"I'm sorry.."
She mumbled when the air had returned and she could sit up, but it wasn't enough for Slade. He gave her a swift blow to the ribbs with one booted foot.
Vape had seen enough, with a yell he jumped from the shadows to crouch protectivly over Jezz. She was curled into a ball, blonde hair falling over her face, groaning in agony.
"LEAVE HER ALONE!"
He screamed, hoping to heaven his brother had heard, hoping they had waited to go to the tavern.
Slade gave a laugh, eyes unfocused as a result of the achohal, and spat at the two.
"No Vape.."
Came Jezz's whimper from the ground. Ignoring her, he let loose a feral snarl. Slade gave a booming laugh in answer then came at them.
"STOP!"
A voice commanded, luckly it was enough to make Slade come to a clumsy stand still and whirl around.
Two gaurds stood with arrows knocked and pointed at Slade, between the two stood Ramoth, with a grateful sigh Vape motioned for his brother to come over.
Ramoth's normally calm face twisted into anger when he saw Jezz, as the two solders escorted Slade from the scene Vape brushed Jezz's lobg hair from her face.
Both boys gasped at what they saw, her face, normally so strong and beautiful looking was bruised and battered and twisted into a face that looked as though she had been trampled.
Vape gave another snarl.
"He's gonna pay..."

Scenario:Your character likes a close friend, how would he/she go about telling them?

*EDIT*
I did this before I came up with my plotline so this never happened. I just thought up a random name...

Christine walked up slowly shuffeling her ripped up flats on the floor. Mentally she slapped her self. What the hell was she doing. This was Rei for crying out loud! They had know eachother since sixth grade when Christine had dropped her favorite bamboo pen and he had called some thing out like; "Hey, uhhh dude you dropped your pen. Nice design by the way. Im pretty interested in china myself." And they hit it off. Both interested in CHina and its cultures and history, both sarcastic children left alone by their parents a bit too often for their own good. Into reading vampire fantasy so much that fantasy had become their reality. Some one could easily have told them vampires were real and they would have beleived them instataniously. And all too soon, in all her acid washed skiny jean glory, Christine was at his locker.
"Hey Chrisitne. Have you finished The Historian. I only have like 15 pages left."
"Done already looser. But Rei. . .you know how in bloodline, Qunicy and Lucy. . .they were friends before Lucy realised how crazily in love she was?"
"Ya I know Chris. Why are you bringing up Quincy? Wait, let me guess!! You found him, here at this school, but he is passing himself off as a new senior." At this Christine let out her snort of a laugh.
"No, if I found the Quincy Harker I would be too busy drooling over him to come talk to some screw-ball like your self."
"Dang. I had hoped you found him."
"Back on subject, you get the concept of best friends falling in love right?"
"Right."
"Well Rei. . ." and the bell rang. A quick shoulder-squeeze hug and a two way 'see ya later'. Chrisitne was back walking to AP English. THis whole thing was so stupid. It's Rei for god sakes.

Scenario: Your charecter has been dating an amazing person for nearly four years. Right when he/she thinks that marridge is right around the corner when the person breaks up with them. Only a few days later this same 'amazing' person is seen with a close friend, talking in quiet tones and laughing, fingers linked.

I'm in kind of a lazy mood so I'm not going to write out the whole scene.

Tori would be crushed. She leans on her friends for everything and trusts them more than anything. The breaking up with the perfect person would be one thing, she wouldn't be able to get over that for ages and she would lean on her best friends for support, but if she saw her best friend with the guy she would accuse them of being a traitor and would be incredibly angry with them. It could turn into the loss of a friendship.
Amy would be upset. Like Tori, she leans on her friends for support when times get rough but usually she's the one that is getting leaned on. Amy isn't one for the drama so she wouldn't confront the person right then and there, she would wait for a time to talk to her friend on her own. She wouldn't bother confronting the ex.

Scenario: Your character finds out that one of their best friends has just taken up cutting. What would they do?

I stared at the livid red marks on Kester’s arms. ‘Ooh. They look nasty. Didn’t it hurt?’

Kester shrugged and pulled his sleeve back down again.

I looked at him thoughtfully. ‘Why’d you tell me? Isn’t it the point for no one to know?’

‘I wouldn’t tell Anna.’

‘I’m touched.’ A pause. ‘You should stop, you know.’

‘I do know.’

‘Are you going to?’

‘No.’

‘Thought not.’

Viktor sighed, wondering how someone would actually like watching that. He glanced around to see his 'friends', plunged deep into the action, laughing uncontrollably.
"Vik?" said Fred, holding back his chuckles, "what's wrong? Why aren't you laughing?"
Viktor's face grew scarlet, and before he knew it, he started laughing insanely, too. But loathing every minute of it.

Gale ran a hand over her choppy hair yet again, and Ryle winced. When she had first come to the Kray house, her hair had touched her waist just below the curve of her hips. Now it didn't even cover her ears. Another pass of the hand, another inward wince. The plan had been for the hair to just reach her shoulders. But that cut had been uneven. Another inch fell to the ground. But that was an over correction, and now it was even worse. Shorter and shorter it became until the only way it could be repaired was for Ryle to try for choppy. And it was repaired. But she looked like a man.
Well. That was the point. Girl trick witches often ran around in pants and short hair, did they not? Gale already had the black hair and green eyes. Now she had the short black hair. The only thing she was lacking was a work shirt and a pair of pants. His step stumbled at that. Gale in pants was almost as inconceivable as Gale with short hair had been. He rubbed his eyes, his third apology for her hair clinging to his throat. He cleared it instead, right when her hand was reaching for her head again.
"Well," he said, jolting her from her thoughts as they walked along, "At least no one will recognize you."

Well...my story has a fantasy setting, so...I can't picture any of them in that situation. >_> I'll write for the wingless girl story, though...

"What?" said Dr. Ira Dirinel, his heart pounding. "You must be mistaken..."
"I'm not mistaken," the man growled. "Get in! Now!"
Dirinel glanced around. The alleyway was deserted; he had no way out. The only way he could get out of this situation, he reflected with a sinking feeling, was through words. And he'd never been good with words...
"Sir," he repeated, trying to keep the panic out of his voice, "I--I believe you have the wrong person. I'm a law-abiding citizen...I'm a scientist. A scientist with the Fortress; I haven't done anything wrong..."
"Are you done talking?" snapped the man, gesturing towards the car. "Get in!"
A panicking Dirinel glanced back and forth, sure his heart was going to burst out of his chest. He flapped his wings experimentally, involuntarily, not thinking about the gesture but only feeling a sudden, strong instinct--an instinct to escape.
The man saw the gesture immediately--and before Dirinel knew what was happening, the man was directly in front of him, and bringing the gun down in an arc straight towards Dirinel's forehead--
The scientist was conscious of gasping, "Wait--!" before stars burst in his vision, pain lanced through his skull, and he sank into unconsciousness.

Scenario: Your character discovers a friend is about to commit suicide.

I'm gonna use two characters from my werefox story. In the story, Jed, a werefox, is being abused by a girl with magical powers, so this actually fits into context.

******

"Jed!" Athena called frantically for her friend. "Jed!" Branches and rain lashed at her as she struggled through the dense forest. "Jed, where are you?"
She emerged in a small clearing. The young werefox was sitting on a rock in the middle of the clearing; hunched over, shoulders bent, and drenched to the skin. Athena gasped and ran to his side.
"Jed! Are you okay?" She reached out to touch his shoulder, but he pushed her hand away.
"Jed, please." Stunned, hurt and worried sick, she struggled for words to say. "Jed, did they . . . she . . . hurt you again?"
Jed finally raised his head to look at her. His fox-yellow eyes were wide and forlorn, and she saw that his face and neck were bruised.
"Oh, no . . ." Athena dropped to her knees and wrapped her arms around the boy. He trembled slightly, but rested his head on her shoulder.
"Athena, please leave me alone," he said, but without conviction. Tears welled in Athena's eyes. Why was it always Jed that had to suffer?
"I hate that witch!" Athena said, anger flaring up inside of her. "I hate her!"
Jed sniffed pitifully, burying his face in Athena's chest. "I can't go on like this," he said, his voice muffled by her jacket.
"I know you can't, Jed, I know."
"I mean I can't can't. I need to get away from everything. Forever. I want it all to be over . . ."
Athena pulled away from her friend's embrace at once. Realization for what he was saying crashed over her. "No!" she said, in a hoarse whisper.
"Athena, please. You don't want me to suffer, do you? You don't want her to hurt me anymore. If I'm not around anymore, she can't do it. I'd finally be free from her."
"Killing yourself isn't the right way! We can fight her together. I know we can!"
"But if I'm gone," Jed said quietly, "maybe Jasmine would lose the urge to hurt people. Maybe it'd all be over."
"Are you kidding?" Athena said, fighting a ridiculous urge to laugh. "She'd go right on to hurting someone else. We have to fight." She smiled bravely at Jed, but the boy continued to look lost and abused, so she went back to embracing him.
"You can't do this to yourself." Now she was crying, sobbing for the pain he had gone through, and the choice he now had to make. Trying to comfort her friend, she reached out and touched his velvety ear, something that ordinarily made him smile and blush; however, it did nothing for him tonight. The boy just grew more distraught. Athena continued to murmur whatever words of comfort came to her in between sobs and gasps. Gradually she recovered herself, and they both stood in silence as night brightened and turned into day.

******

Scenario: Oh noes! Your character has hiccups, and can't get them to go away! What will he do? (I think we all deserve something more lighthearted after what I just wrote). XD

‘Your face is all red,’ the Raven observed.

‘Shu-ut up!’ Penny gurgled. She poured a glass of water from the engraved silver jug on the bedside table and swallowed. Her face turned purple and she began to choke.

‘Told you that wouldn’t work. Standing on your head, now, that might–hey!’ She scrubbed at her face. ‘Eeurgh. You coughed water on me!’

‘So-orry.’

‘Ew, ew, ew…’

‘It’s no-ot my fau-ault!’

‘They’re your hiccups,’ the Raven said unreasonably, one arm still raised to combat any future attacks. ‘You just need to tell them to stop.’

‘I am! They’re no-ot listening!’

‘Feeble.’

Penny took a deep breath and held it. Her cheeks puffed out in the manner of a kleptomaniac hamster and she closed her eyes, silently counting.

‘What are you doing now, Penny Dreadful?’

Penny waved a hand irritably. Six, seven, eight, nine, ten… She opened her eyes, let loose the rest of her trapped breath.

‘Well?’ the Raven demanded warily.

Penny paused, then smiled broadly. ‘All gone.’

The Raven looked wistful. ‘I still think the red-hot key down the back of your collar would have been better…’

Samson tapped his foot nervously, looking over his shoulder a couple times per minute. I marveled at how ridiculous he was being.

"Nothing's going to go wrong, Sam," Julia said soothingly. "You've known this girl forever, haven't you?"

He twitched, throwing a lock of hair out of place and into his eyes. He didn't bother to smooth it back. "Well. Yes. But! Things have happened. She could have changed. I bet she brings along a pet demon or something." He shuddered.

I stared at him. A pet demon? He couldn't be serious. Those things were impossible to train.

When the voice over the loudspeaker announced that the train was arriving, Samson went into rhythmic spasms. Julia looked thoughtfully at her water bottle, as if considering whether or not to dump its contents onto his head. Although that would certainly be amusing, I shook my head slightly.

"Holy hemophilia," he hyperventilated, "I'm sure she has all kinds of strange piercings. What if she's in cahoots with a gang or something? I'll bet she's eloped with a fire-eater. Or something."

The train pulled up.

"No, no no no no no. She's probably brought along back-up. Maybe they found out about us? That's it, I'm sure of it. This is all a set-up for the police to put us into custody and interview us about the Movement. I'm out of here!" he shrieked. Julia and I watched him with interest for a moment, but he hadn't moved. It seemed as though he was cemented to the spot.

The doors started opening.

Sam stood, transfixed and pale, as a girl our age waved to him and smiled. She was alone-- no pet demons, no fire-eaters-- and without any piercings. Her pigtails bobbed merrily when she cocked her head. I found the whole scene disgustingly adorable.

Without further ado, Sam emitted a strangled squeak and jumped a foot in the air, retreating off of the platform and disappearing down the staircase like he was being chased by a hoarde of zombies.

Your character becomes stuck in an elevator (or, if your world doesn't have elevators, in any small, confined space) with two very suspicious-looking people. Who are they, and what does your character do?
"Let's eat, Grandma!" as opposed to "Let's eat Grandma!": punctuation saves lives.
