@crazycraz, I've submitted a character profile, but I thought is post my character sheet here as well. Approve me? ^-^

Name: Elizabeth "Lizzy" Redmon.

Gender: Female.

Age: 18.

Appearance (picture accepted)

http://m.weheartit.com/entry/62896051

Hair: A natural blonde, dyed teal. Bangs fall into her eyes and length succeeds her shoulders.
Eyes: A brilliant emerald green.
Height: About 5'6".
Weight: About 135 lbs.
Piercings: One in the bottom right hand corner of her mouth - lip piercing. Also a belly button one.
Tattoos: A dream catcher on her right side, a small clutter of birds flying away on her shoulder, and the music bass/treble heart on her left wrist.

Personality: Lizzy is a badass, basically. She doesn't take shit from anyone, she is stubborn, determined, and impulsive. She doesn't think, she just says what's on her mind and she is bluntly honest.

Lizzy does have a kind heart, and does look out for those she calls a friend. She is very protective of her gang members. She does have trouble with authority figures, such as teachers, since she is so used to everyone in her gang obeying her.

History: When Lizzy was ten, her parents and younger sister were killed in a terrible car accident, involving a drunk driver. It was devastating to the young, blossoming girl, and it turned her entire world upside down.

Since she had no other living relatives, Lizzy was forced into the foster care system. She had become a troubled teen by then, depressed and dying her hair black, dressing in dark clothes. She bounced around, from rich home to poor home, until she landed in a middle class home with an abusive "Mother", two spoiled and shitty "Sisters", and an older "Brother", Michael.

She and Michael grew close in the two years that she spent there, finally making love after a year of her moving in. He took her virginity and she was in love with him, despite the conflicts it would bring. He was the only one who protected her from the Mother, who had an alcoholic addiction and would beat all four kids, though she doted on her twin daughters.

The twins are little shits, which became obvious the day they walked in on Lizzy and Michael making out. They told Mother, who started to beat Lizzy with a belt. Michael intervened, and was beaten up badly, eventually sent to the hospital. He died from the traumatic head injuries Mother inflicted on him.

Mother was sent to jail, the girls left with their father, and Lizzy just.. disappeared. She had had enough with families, she decided to create or find her own.

The ear she would have been a freshman, she met Simon in a crappy 7-Eleven just down the street from Griffin High. He was an elderly mad of 58, and they happened to meet by chance. They got to talking, and he grew quite find if this scared young girl, who smelled terrible and needed a new hair dye, who was homeless and heartbroken.

Since no one really knew about her, he was able to take her in without any legal involvement. If anyone asked, she was his granddaughter. Their relationship was just that, too, the grandpa she never had and the granddaughter he longer for. Simon wasn't too poor, he ha a decent house and lived off of income and his job as janitor for Griffin High.

Lizzy often gets hell for her grandpa's job, which is why she's so toughs and defensive. Her attitude even got her noticed by the Metal's former leader, Spike, and he left the leadership in her hands when he graduated (yes, actually graduated.)

Up for Love Yes, bisexual. Good luck.

Other: She is the leader of the Metals, and severely hates Harvey and the Snakes. All of her gang hates them. War, Reise. War.

Name: Vivian Moore

Gender: Female

Age 17

Appearance (picture accepted): Vivian has a boy's haircut that just barely passes her ears and that is dyed her favorite color: black. Her eyes are a bold mix of greens and golds that are always shifting color, and her pale skin is freckled slightly with 'beauty marks'. She has high aristocratic cheekbones and dimples with a small pink mouth. She is average height and has a robust figure, and her tattoos include: a red and black star on her wrist, cursive writing on her right shoulder blade that says historia scriptum est a victoribus (history is written by the victors), and a K on the lower left of her back. She normally wears casual print t-shirts or tank tops and shorts.

Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: Vivian has a mouth that spews demons and a temper that can't be near anything flammable. She loves her swearing like a mother does its baby, and the bird is her favorite way to get her message across. She fights like a Tasmanian Devil, and revels in the spit fire she creates. Her sense of humor is dry and sarcastic. Most people that say they know her don't, because they don't look any farther than her image of the perfect hot headed wild girl.
But underneath all of those acid words and thorns is a broken girl. A constant ache of regret and guilt broils in her stomach, and it only shows its face when her younger sister Kate is mentioned. She can't act serious in fear of someone thinking of her as weak when her mouth curls from an invisible injury, or when her body recoils in terror when someone touches her the wrong way. For that reason she keeps up her facade of snarkiness and indifference.

History: Vivian grew up in the same shabby apartment building since her mother popped her out in the bathtub. The apartment is simple with a cramped kitchen, two bedrooms barely enough to contain the living, a living room, and one roach infested bathroom. She and her only younger sister Kate lived in the biggest bedroom to accommodate for the both of them, and their mother lives in the other one. Neither of the sisters had ever caught wind of a father, or whether or not they share the same one. But life carried on, and so did they.
With their mother having the occasional jackass of a boyfriend, both girls began to grow up. Kate was almost the exact replica of Vivian, and most of the time they would be mistaken for twins. However their personalities were almost worlds apart, with Vivian being the troublemaker and Kate being the innocent one.
Once Vivian turned fourteen, her rebellious nature began to get her in bigger trouble. She joined up with the Metals and fought her way into respect, dealing in the drug business and taking care of those who disrespected them. She loved the power of looking down on someone, and she became greedy and rash. And then, she finally stepped on the wrong toe.
It was two years later when Kate was raped. Both sisters were inseparable despite their differences, and shared everything with each other. At the time Vivian was at a party until four o'clock in the morning, and when she got home the deed was already done. She found her sister naked with her skin turning purple and red from her own injuries, sobbing quietly as she rocked back in forth in the corner of their room. Her ribs were unnatural looking, and her once bright eyes were filmed with the wronging that was done to her. Vivian stared at her and slowly lowered herself to the ground in front of Kate, her hand curling over her open mouth. She let out a cry and clenched her sister tight, trying her best to warm her shivering body.
Vivian managed to wrap a blanket around her sister, and she swiveled towards her mother's room where her mother's current boyfriend snored noisily. She swung open the door and pulled on the light, a cry of anger coming from the bed sheets as the middle aged man shaded his eyes. He barely had gotten two words out before Vivian was on him, her lucky brass knuckles snapping his bones.
It wasn't until after she left the man half dead in an alley that reason came back to her and she realized that it couldn't have been him. When she returned back to Kate she was sobbing harder from hearing the beating, and she refused to tell Vivian what the man looked like. Kate didn't talk for two months, and for the most part stayed in the hospital.
Six months later Kate killed herself. She had been pulling herself slowly but surely from everyone especially Vivian, and had resided in a state of severe depression. She had started cutting herself in the bathroom and became uncaring of hygiene. Vivian knew what was going to happen, but she was too guilty to do anything because she knew it was all her fault.
Once Kate was raped Vivian immediately halted all of her gang activity. She no longer met with the other gang members or did deals with them, and naturally the Metals were outraged. They sent threats to her and tried to beat her, but eventually they stopped. Shortly after Kate's suicide Vivian sold all of Kate's possessions to pay for the medical bills, but that was only a small dent in the bill. Vivian began honest work as a waiter, and the only possession she has left of Kate is a picture of them both and Kate's St. Mary pendant.

Up for Love: Yes and she is straight, but won't do anything more than makeout and would probably just push you away (If you didn't read the history, her sister was raped and killed herself). And she is not shy when it comes to whom she will makeout with ;) .

Other: She always has her handy brass knuckles and her sister's pendant.

Name:Austin Ramirez

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance (picture accepted) Austin has jet black hair that he usually can't decide whether to cut it or keep it long and falling into his eyes. He's mixed with korean and puerto rican, so his skin is a nice golden caramel. He has a bright smile that he doesn't show much and bright green eyes. He also has high cheek bones and dimples (that he hates). He's usually dressed in casual swag attire. (i.e jordans, snab backs, etc.). He's also 6'2 and has a muscular yet slender build. He also has a bottom lip ring.

Personality: Austin is truly sweet. But thats hidden by his menacing quiet personality. He doesn't like opening up around people that he doesn't know well, because he believes that everyone is either a liar or a fake. When he's around people he trusts, he opens up easily, becoming goofy and silly. He enjoys cooking and playing the guitar. He doesn't really enjoy playing basketball much but he does because of pressure from his gang.

History:Austin has a rather bland history. He grew up in the city and has been going to schools in that district since he was born. HE had always been quiet but truly started opening up when he met Jolie. She entered his life in the fifth grade, and they immediately became friends when she approached him and said that he should start talking more, or his lips will probably get stuck together because he never opens them. At that he smiled widely and she smiled back and since then they've hardly left each others' sides.

Up for Love Not really. He's taken, and head over heels for Jolie.

Other: He enjoys playing both electric guitars and acoustic guitars. n a regular basis he serenades Jolie with them.

Name: Blair Leonora Chesterfield

Gender: Female

Age: 17

Appearance (picture accepted)
Spoiler! :
Image

She's rather tall for her age, or comes across as much because of her overly formal posture, and the fact her head is almost always tilted ever so slightly upwards. Her eyes are grey-blue, and her clothes always hit at her family's immense wealth.

Personality: Without speaking to her, Blair would come across as annoyingly sophisticated, arrogant, and naive. Because of her upbringing, she holds herself the way she was taught, with her nose in the air. Underneath, Blair struggles with her conscience as she is desperately caught between two worlds. While she grew up with the champagne life, she was born with a free mind that for years rejected the shallow lifestyle surrounding her. Rebellion became the only constant in her life, until she lost sight of her goal and faded in with the uptown crowd. Blair's final act of rebellion may have brought out a little bit of her spark, but she still has a lot to learn about the real world.

History: Blair Leonora Chesterfield was born in Dallas, Texas, where she lived a beautiful little charmed life. An accidental conversation with a boy from the other side of town opened up 8 year old Blair's eyes for the first time, and she saw a world where not everything was hand-delivered on a silver platter. By the time the family moved near the Griffin School, Blair had developed a free mind, and gotten herself kicked out of not one, but four private schools around the country. Each successive act of rebellion had become more daring than the one before, Blair's desperate attempt to land herself in a public school where she could find herself closer to reality. Blair is now at the Griffin school, her parents believe they are punishing her for another rebellious action that got her kicked out of Le Fey's private school across town. She intentionally was discovered "mid-performance" at a stip club by the local police, friends of the Chesterfield family. Blair is finally getting what she has always wanted, and what she needs more than anything.

This school will be a reality check for Blair. She has never worked a day in her life, and will still be returning home to parents who are famous in the business world. Her dad (like his father and those before him) is the partial owner of Chesterfield and Brooks, along with Susan Brooks (who Blair suspects his father is having an affair with). Blair's mother spends the family's money at nearly the same rate it flows in, and has a legitimate paranoia of wearing the same outfit twice.

Up for Love Why not?

Other: She may seem a bit haughty, but underneath that demeanor is a hot spark of rebellion and an attitude to take on the world.

First Post!

Vivian Moore

God help her if she has to go through another year in this shitty place. Unfortunately, God seemed to be an ass and couldn't care two corn dogs about little ole' Vivian, and so here she was going down the same neglected hallways with the same neglected students that had an IQ of twenty.

On top of not being a morning person, Vivian had a hangover that was kicking her sweet-behind. She had on her opaque sunglasses to protect her sensitive eyes and her hood pulled down over her head, and her headphones were plugged in to their usual spot. There wasn't any sound coming from them; they were there just so no one would talk to her.

A fight broke out in front of her between two blockheads, shoving each other like a bunch of pissed off apes and bumping into everyone else in the hallway. Vivian waited a moment to see if they would push it somewhere else, then finally Vivian shoved pass them snapping, "Go screw each other somewhere else!"

As Vivian finally made it to her homeroom some guy was talking to a girl in the doorway, his eyes going greasy with lust. The girl flipped her horribly dyed hair and she gave him a sloppy grin, her makeup shining like plastic from the sheer amount of cosmetics she had plastered on. Your'e going far, Vivian thought, and shoved them too out of her way.

As she stalked into the room to head for the back, her eyes found the comical figure mumbling in front of the old fashioned chalkboard, his hair jutting out of his head in gray spikes and spirals like some little kid's imagination of a mad scientist. She couldn't hear what he was saying, but a grin spread across her face.

"Well, if it isn't Mudge. I'll be damned." The schizophrenic teacher was famous for his incoherent rantings and distinguished fashionable sense, and the only teacher Vivian had ever wanted in the classroom. She quickly changed course and plopped herself in the front row by the wall, propping her pale legs on the desk and fishing through her bag. She pulled out a box of frosted flakes and her water bottle.

After pouring a few handfuls in her mouth she took a long swig from her bottle. Oh whip cream vodka, how I love you so, she thought.

Thirty-one.
Mudge counted the last student from the corner of his eye.
Full attendance. Miraculous! Marvelous! Incredible. It was the beginning of a new era! It was everyday. But this day was special. NO everyday was special!
Mudge spun on his heels and faced the class. He tugged on the silver chain hanging down from the ceiling, a contraption he had invented himself. As soon as the string of links were released all the shutters in the room snapped shut, casting the room into a puddle of murky darkness.
The room was silent, a strange spectacle for this school, yes, very much indeed. But Mudge had his ways. His cause was so enrapturing! No wonder he drew them like moths to the light.
He stepped forward, tapping his heels as he went. His left hand flicked on the projector so fast that no one noticed. With his right hand he pulled down the screen. It had been damaged a couple of weeks ago by some kids messing around after school. One chap had fallen right into its surface from behind, forcing the sheet into a rounded orb shape protruding from its centre. It made the projection look almost three dimensional.
"The universe" Mudge hissed softly, gesturing in a wide motion at the distorted image of rotating planets. He moved to the other side, spinning a globe on his way.
"A great spectacle conceived by the scientists of this age. His eyes widened. Or eye may better it be described as today was Thursday.
He stood staunch and put his foot down hard, his expression and face changing from one of the mystified to one of a furious conjurer.
"The greatest deception invented by man kind!" He picked up the globe and threw it full power at the back wall of the classroom where it crumpled, narrowly missing a boys head.
"The greatest deception just short of the earth itself. We are not physical creatures, we are simply spiritual being. Our very essence is determined by the great Lord above. We are simply his tools, his toys, his pride, his joy, his beauty..."
"Why the hell do you teach science?" A new kid at the back interrupted. The child beside him laughed. Mudge kept his stance firm and locked eyes with the youth. He dropped the bright pink chalk stub between his fingers and crushed it under his foot.
"Because, my son, science is a fools perception! Who else is going to expose to you the truth! The truth of all life and soul. I can not have a scientist spoon feeding lies into your susceptible little minds, oh no."
"Then what is truth?" A girl closer to the front asked inquiringly. Mudge smiled. This was good, she was eager to learn. Mudge shuffled in a crab-like manner to the singular round window oddly placed in the centre of the classroom wall. With his thumb and forefinger he gently opened the blind covering its surface. Light pooled in beams through its pane, creating a godly effect of a halo streaming from the clouds.
"The tree of life" Mudge whispered in awe, gesturing through the window. From every angle the great tree on the very edge of the school grounds could be spotted through its misty yellow glass. Mudge would often spend a lot of time at the tree, it wasn't chance that the tree had been here. He f course told the students the truth of it. They had been drawn here because of the tree.
"This tree is our meaning" Mudge gasped in excitement.
"I am its apostle, its messenger." He whipped his head back to the wide eyed classroom.
"And perhaps, if you are worthy you will be too."
The class stared at him blankly. Mudge flicked back the light-switch and put on a very teacherly voice.
"Now class, any questions?"
Hahah....haha.....ahahaha.

Nicolet Kenzie Franz

I was in Professor Mudge's class. It was a little rowdy because of the new kids, but it was alright. I sat in the way front, so close to the door so when the bell rings, I'll be the first one out.

Mudge always got to this point in which he falls into this wonderland, per say, and we follow him in it. Enticed by his knowledge. And today, he wasn't going to forget about that. Today, it was about that special tree. Damn that tree. I learn nothing from it.

"Why the hell do you teach science?" some new kid said.

Looking at the kid, I smiled.

Mudge replied, "Because, my son, science is a fools perception! Who else is going to expose to you the truth! The truth of all life and soul. I can not have a scientist spoon feeding lies into your susceptible little minds, oh no."

"Then what is the truth?" a girl near me said.

I just lied my head on my crummy desk, ready to zone out as he explained to the class about the tree. How it's a great being of nature and yada yada yada. He's very spiritual, so really, I have to freaking idea why he would turn to teach science. He could have taught religion. I would have probably turned from an Atheist to a Catholic if he did so.

***

"Now class, any questions?" I managed to wake up to him saying that.

Five minutes until the bell. I put away all my stuff as did the rest of the class, waiting for him to say 'Have a splendid day!'.

"I do!" an eager girl in the front said. God, I was starting to hate her.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Since you are the tree's messenger... can you tell us what it's saying?"

What a dumb ass.

"Well, that is a secret, don't you think?"

She just nodded with a wide smile. I think she's too good for this school, what the hell is she doing here?

The bell rang and I bolted out of my seat, pushing the door open before anybody can get by me.

"Nicolet," I heard Professor Mudge say.

Dammit. Not again. I turned on my heel, waited for the students to leave, and walked back in.

"I have class now Professor Mudge... so make this quick." I snapped.

No matter what, I always managed to get in trouble. Maybe I shouldn't have slept. Or bolted out of the room. Whatever.

Mudge closes the blinds and sits down at his desk. It was a pretty used up piece of furniture, the color of the wood faded and it looks like it's about to fall apart. Same goes to the leather chair he's in. I walk up to the desk, ready to hear what he has to say.

"Nicolet," he started. "You fell asleep in my class once again."

Rolling my eyes, I replied. "I know, sorry."

"And ran out of my classroom. Do you have something against science?"

If you ever taught science, I bet I wouldn't.

"No sir, It's nothing. Sorry again." I tried on a smile.

"Atta girl, have a nice day Nicolet."

"Right-o,"

I saluted him and walked out. Right before I could save myself, I bumped into someone and had my notebook fly out of my hands. My notebook! It was special to me, all my drawings and writings were inside it. No one was supposed to see that, I had to grab it before this person gets it by mistake.

Looking around, I saw the person's face. A girl, blue-grey eyes. She looked very familiar. Was it Blair Chesterfield? That 'mean girl' so to say?

"Sorry about that Blair," I said.

"It's alright..." she looked around for her stuff.

I couldn't find my notebook anywhere, then I realized, she had it with her on top of her books. I smirked.

"Can I have my notebook back?"

She looked at her books, grabbed the top one and handed it to me. We stood up from the tilled floor. I always wished to have her long blonde hair, and beautiful clothes. Everyone was practically jealous of her. It was weird that she was being nice to me though.

"Hey, you're that french girl, Nicolet, right?"

I just nodded, clutching to my notebook.

"Oh, that so cool. You should come to my party this Friday!" she smiled.

Excuse me. What is going on? Are my friends pulling a prank on me?

"Uh, sure..." I was, yeah, unsure.

"Great, I'll Facebook you the deats. See you Nicolet!"

She bounced off to her next class. I'm lost.
“There is no need to call me Sir, Professor.”

"Kyah! Put me down Tin!" Jolie screams joyfully into my ear as I suddenly pick her up and start swinging her around.

"Why would I do that?" I ask innocently, finally stopping, but keeping her in my arms. "I've missed you so much. How was Cancun anyways?"

"Really warm and nice. You know, your typical vacation on a beautiful island sort of thing." Jo says rolling her eyes. I nuzzle into her neck.

"Mmmm I wish I could have been there with you. Sleeping in a warm cabana together, making out on the beach, doing naughty things in that sparkling blue water..."She giggles and kisses my cheek.

"You had to do those guitar recording sessions and I was not about to ruin your big chance. How did things go with him anyways?" I shake my head, and roll my eyes.

"The guy was a dick Jo. He kept telling me how I should have had you there with me and blah blah blah. He already knows that we had to make the background beat perfect before you could sing for it...fricking idiot." Jolie takes my hand and starts skipping to the schools front doors.

"Will making out in the janitors closet make up for your horrible horrible summer baby?" She asks with a smile.

"Oh you know it will." I say grinning.

Later after first period (which we did end up skipping out on to make out) Blair (flaming bitch from hell) approaches Jolie. Since Jolies mom got the money they rightly deserved, Blair has been intent on making Jolie her new rich bff. Jolie see's through her bullshit...but is just too nice to call her out on it.

"JOJOOOO!!!" Blair says, and launches herself at Jolie, thus making our hannds unclasp. Jolie shoots me a serious "help me" look but I just shrug and shoot her an encouraging smile.

"How was Cancun babes? Find any hot guys there?" Blair says, obviously forgetting my existence.

"Ummm B you know that i'm still dating Austin..." Jolie says looking nervously from me to her as if i'll blow up.

"Oh yeah..." she says glancing at me in disgust "That. Well just don't forget to come to my party tonight even if you bring...that thing. Just make sure to wash it."She says, and twitches her skinny butt off to her next class.

"Is she still in the "That" stage? Atleast she's done acting as if I just don't exist." I say shaking my head. Jolie rolls her eyes.

"You know what? Lets go back to my place. Who need school right now." And with that...we just leave.

Tyler Clark

Damn this school. I say to myself. Walking down these halls kept getting even more boring by the second, of course it's probably because everyone that is in this school have been here the past few years. "Tyler get to class." I heard someone yell, by the sound of it, it was a teacher, I nod and keep walking. Getting to Mr. Mudge's class, I find a seat at the far end in the back.

I looked in the front and a girl by the name of Vivian was sittin there. Drinking her Vodka out of a water bottle. I have no clue why the teachers never realized it but they were dumb as hell. She smiled and looked at the bottle with a sense of relief. Abbeygale was such a beautiful girl. I kept thinking of only her, ever since she left. She was my best friend and even more, I guess you could say.

Mudge started talking but practically no one was listening. I raised my hand to go to the bathroom but he had told me no. "Well I'm leaving anyways." I say and get up out of my seat. Mudge stopped me at the door. "Mr. Clark go sit. You can wait until you are dismissed from class." he said. "No sir, I'm leaving now, if I could wait, I wouldn't have asked to leave." I say and open the door and slam it shut.

I seen a few people walking around. There was this girl, she shined bright when I seen her walk in. She passed by me just a smiling and I smiled back like a retard."Uhm Hi. Where is Mr. Mudge's class?" she asked. I smiled and pointed down the hall. "Thanks." she says. Then walks off. I kept walking to the bathroom then I hear her turn around, "Wait. Uhm before you leave, I'm Abbey." she said with a smile. "I'm Tyler.." I reply. She smiled once again and walked into the classroom.

Abbeygale Duncan

Walking into class Mr. Mudge looked at me. "Sorry for being late. I'm Abbeygale. New to this place." I say. Everyone was looking at me, I guess because I was new. "Take a seat Ms. Duncan." he tells me. I smile at everyone then sit in the back behind an empty desk. Shortly afterwards, Tyler, the guy I met out in the hall, came into the class.

He sits in a desk right next to me and just looks over at me. "Hey. Are you following me?" I ask with a smile. He nods saying no and looks back to the teacher. Well then.. I think to myself. He looks back at me again and we have a quick gazey moment, flashes from the past with a guy I used to know come back. I quickly turn away. He looked so much like my Tyler, the one that I kissed when I was younger.

"Are you Tyler Clark?" I ask. "Yup. How'd you know?" he replies. My heart flutters for a moment. "I'm Abbeygale.." I say with hopes he remembers me. He smiles a lot and just looks at me with brightened eyes. "How have you been?" he asks. "Okay..I guess. After we moved, I never could stop thinking about you and hoping you were okay." I say to him.

"Shortly after you left, I came to this school. Thankfully. It is better than being at my own home. I bought me an apartment.." he says. Mr. Mudge dismissed the class and we both got up together and started walking out. "Nicolet." we heard the teacher say. I turn long enough to see who it was but we had already walked out the door.

Blair Chesterfield

If I had learned nothing else from attending more schools than I could count on my left hand, I had learned that the best way to break yourself into a school was with a party. A huge, parents-out-of-town, no looking back, maybe I know the guys I'm kissing, movie scene style party.

I had spent almost all week memorizing as many names as possible, dad always said it was a way to get ahead. People like when you know their names, and it makes party-invitations much easier. I double checked the status of the event page on facebook. So far, so great.

I was a little surprised at my earlier actions, throwing myself screaming at Jolie, I normally kept better composure than that. This school was making me wild already. I felt totally isolated at Griffin High, and Jolie was the only one who knew what it was like uptown. If I told anyone else where I lived they would have a heart attack, so a ton of people would be finding out for the first time tonight. Jolie and I had this....connection. People of the same type had to stick together.

As I walked down the hall, I recognized a girl from one of my classes...my mind searched for a name. Perfectly dyed hair fell over her face, a few tattoos lined her arms... Lizzy! I tapped her on the shoulder, "Hey, Liz, did I mention I love your hair? I'm sorta majorly jealous, I could never pull that off."

She thanked me quickly, and I continued to speak, "Oh, I'm having a party tonight, I think I sent you the invite on facebook already, you should come, it's going to be awesome."

A moment later I was walking out the school doors to my car, skipping my last class to get ready for the party. On the hood of my little grey car, I saw two words scratched across the hood.
rich bitch

I turned back for a moment to look towards the school, leaning against the hood of my Mercedes. For a moment, when I had first come to Griffin High, I had the idea going to a school with no money meant people wouldn't judge you for what you had. I couldn't have been more wrong.

A single tear leaked down my cheek, and I felt my hand reach across to grab the opposite elbow. After a moment, I climbed into my car, head held high again.

My Mercedes started with a rumble, and I drove off towards home.

Harvey Amos

Harvey stared down at the hood of the Mercedes, at the words "rich bitch" carved so eloquently into the paint job. He took a long drag on his cigarette before exhaling the smoke into the wind with a heavy sigh. The two freshman boys stood beside him were smiling proudly at their work, nudging each other and praising themselves on their job well done. With a grunt, Harvey through his bud down on the ground and stamped it out beneath the heel of his shoe.

"You may as well go join Metals if you're gonna do shit like this," he droned out in an unimpressed monotone.

"Amos," one of the kids stuttered out, his face contorted in a pathetic attempt to mask his hurt expression.

"We don't do stupid shit like this, take this crap to Metals. Redmon might appreciate your handiwork. Her guys pull childish crap like this."

"But-"

"Next time you're trying to impress me, bring me a burger or something. Extra cheese, no onions."

Harvey shook his head and walked off into the school. It was the beginning of the school year, which meant pretty much every freshman in the school was riding his coat tail, trying to earn a spot in his crew. Freshman like those two idiots, who thought carving "rich bitch" into the hood of some chick's car would earn them enough brownie points to roll with his crew. As if it was that easy.

As Harvey entered the doors of the school again, he pulled out another cigarette from his front pocket. The first day back was always the most stressful. One of the teachers gave him a dirty look as he lit it, but quickly decided it wasn't worth the trouble it would cause to tell him to put it out and instead turned away. Harvey nodded in approval. Most of the teachers here already knew not to waste their time.

"Amos!"

Harvey turned his head to the sound of his name and cracked a small grin when he saw Marco and JJ leaned against a wall of lockers. He walked over quickly and greeted them both with a punch to the arm.

"Man, these recruits have been riding me all day," Marco announced with a pointed glare towards a group of kids huddled up in front of the entrance to one of the bathrooms.

"New year, same routine," JJ followed up.

Harvey nodded in agreement and gave another puff on his ciggarette.

"You going into class today," Marco asked as he pulled out a pack of his own.

Just then, the bell rang, and Harvey watched for a while as people came spilling out of the classrooms. He recognized a few faces from last year, and some of his old crew came to gather around him. He saw the unmistakable blue head of Redmon through the crowd as she talked to some new girl. Instantly, his lip curled upwards in a sneer.

"Oh," JJ said with a sneer of his own. "Redmon, huh?"

Harvey grunted and spat out his cigarette.

"Right, yeah. So are you going to class or-"

"Nah, I'm going to the gym."

---

"Is this your class period, Harvey?"

"Nope."

"Great. Grab a ball and teach these kids how to play a proper game basketball."

Harvey greeted his coach with a hug, a very manly hug though, the kind that ended with a few pats on the back and a shoulder grasp.

"You haven't quit yet," Harvey asked as they broke apart.

"Bills don't pay themselves, so I'm stuck teaching these snot nose bastards how to throw a ball."

Harvey gave a low chuckle and jogged off to the gym's locker room showers. He hadn't showered in three days and was grateful for the hot water on his skin and the shampoo in his hair. The clothes waiting for him outside the shower were fresh and clean. Coach Sanders would never admit it, but he actually liked Harvey, and knew his living situation was hard. Granted, living on a coach's salary wasn't easy, but he always found a few dollars left in his pay check to buy Harvey some clothes. It was a good thing Coach didn't let on that he was feeling sorry for Harvey, because if he did, Harvey probably wouldn't accept his clothes anymore. For now, he was content accepting the clothes "he was about to throw out anyway."

Harvey guessed he must have stayed in the shower for longer than he intended, because when he got back onto the court the class was already filled with students.

"Listen up," Coach Sanders announced when he saw Harvey approaching. "Everyone grab your teammates. Losing team cleans up the locker room."
A pale imitator of a girl in the sky.

Abbeygale Duncan

I had to admit, seeing Tyler today was pretty cool, awkward, and yet somehow different. "Well I must go to gym." I tell him. He smiled a little. "Good luck!" he says. "Wait..wait.. before you go....where is the gym?" I ask. He points out the door and there had been another door. I smile and walk away. "I missed you.." he says as he walks the other way. "Missed you too Ty!" I reply with a big grin on my face.

Walking into gym, I seen a lot of guys. I only seen like maybe 7 girls, if that. Walking up, I seen an older man, so I walked up to him. "Hi..coach." I say. "Abbeygale Duncan?" he asks. I nod and right then a guy maybe a little older than I came walking up. "Harvey, this is the new girl. Abbeygale--" I interupted him. "Call me Abbey." I say. "Well Abbey. I'm Harvey." he says. He holds up his hand to shake mine and I shake his back. His hand stayed in mine for a moment, it was warm and a little soft. I smile and walk away.

The two continued to talk and then they began the class.

Tyler Clark

Walking off I looked back at Abbey. She was so beautiful. "I missed you." I tell her. She laughs a little and replies, "Missed you too Ty!" and walked off to class. It felt good knowing she is back and also a litte weird. I walked off to my English class and took my seat.

The class was forever long, my mind kept wondering what Abbey was doing and who all she was meeting in there. Also, I had this feeling I might lose her to some other guy. Wow, we just met again and I'm already wanting to date her after two hours. I sigh and lay my head down.

I walked to my next class, and didn't even see a sign of Abbey. I wonder where she had been. I look around but do not see her. Well this class I had to go to basketball. "Hey Nicolet." I say as I walk up to her. She turned to me and said, "Oh hey." I smile and just stand there. "Do you need something or just gonna stand there?" she asks with a little smile.

I felt like a dork. "Oh sorry, I was just in a daze." I smile. "How's your first day of school?" I ask.

John Henger Johnson

I drove up in my sleek, black car and chose a parking space underneath some good shade, in the shadow of a tree. I took out the keys, opened the door and stepped out with an expression of anger across my face. I took the keys out of my pocket and locked the car. Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw three teenage boys pointing at my car and whispering to each other.

I walked up onto the sidewalk, and passed the boys, who immediately strode up to my car.

"Touch my car, and I'll cut your throat out of your neck and stick it up your nose." They backed away instantly, as they saw that I was being serious. At least I'd formed some kind of relationship with some of the students.

I walked through the front doors. In front of me was a school in extremely poor condition. The walls were chipped. The floor was dirty. And the ceiling was falling apart. Of all of the community service options, I had to be stuck here.

I walked into the main office to see the Principal. I straightened my tie and suit. Not that I needed to make a good impression here anyway. It looked like they hired anyone. I pushed open the door and walked inside.

Jolie Torres

I liked Blair...I really did. But I just feel so uncomfortable around her. It's not that she isn't cool or anything (she is when shes not insulting Austin). Its just...she reminds me of my new life. She reminds me of my new house, my new car, my new room, my new mom. I was perfectly content with our tiny little two bedroom apartment. Even though most people would've called it the ghetto...I called it home. I knew and loved everyone near me. Literally. From the crackhead behind the stairwell to the whores down the street, I loved them all. But this new life...with these new expensive clothes on my skin...i'm just not used to it. And the fact that Blair keeps on reminding me that I now belong to it, definitely does not help.

"Lets stop for frozen yogurt." Austin says pointing at Swirl Whirl yogurt buffet. I shrug, and turn into his favorite snacking place. As soon as I park he jumps out, runs to my side and then tugs me inside. We get our usual and then sit down.

"So...are you looking forward to Blair's party tonight?" I ask, stirring my yogurt.

"I guess... i'll have to deal with Redmons shit all night though...."Austin sighs in contempt. I put my hand on his.

"Tin Tin...i'm alright now okay? You don't have to be with them to keep me safe love. My dad is gone, I have no enemies, i'll be fine. Alright?" Austin looks away from me and I sigh.

"Atleast if your gonna be in a gang, join the snakes. Or just don't join one at all...?" He shakes his head.

"I have to...be able to do something for you...somehow." Austin says weakly.

"No. You don't. Your alpha male is telling you that, but in actual reality we both know that i could keep both you and I safe. Before you were alright with knowing that knowledge...but since my dad...you've been like this." I gesture to his worried face with my hand. He makes his face blank. With an effort.

"Okay okay...i'll cool it. But i'm still gonna stay with Redmon, unless the snakes "Just happen" to have a free spot. Now...let me go get a refill." Austin says and goes back to the yogurt machines. Now you see, I realize that it's almost impossible to get into the snakes. Harvey keeps it so that its big enough to be a good sized gang, but also so that he's able to know and trust each member. And not only that but, protection wise, I would trust the snakes more. They stick to their namesake well when attacking by quietly sneaking up and then striking. And since Austin is on this strange path to keeping me safe, I might as well put him on the path to get it right. So I text JJ (Harveys friend or close friend or whatever).

JJ i'm going to need you to set up a meeting between Harvey and I, at my house. Get him there by 10 or later. Thanks and see you then.
life is a beach (*chuckle chuckle* get it lol)
