The Emperor's City

Plot: Lyansa is a beautiful country full of enchanted forests and rivers, far-stretching fields and towering mountains. Sadly, it's also at war--with Melnar and it's Emperor, Niran. Far to the north sits the city of Lyall, the walled city of Emperor Zarin. Lyall is in chaos. The Emperess is dead, the Royal Healer's brother has his army camped outside the city gates and a mysterious Healer from the east has turned up in the city's prison. The Emperor has no dobut that Niran, the Royal Healer's brother, is behind his wife's death and has ordered his Royal Guards back inside the Palace.

With the discovery of the mysterious Ronasian healer in the prison and the threat of Niran camped right outside his city, the Emperor is desperate to save Lyansa from the Melnarian threat, yet he's unable to do so. But Emperor Zarin has a deadly secret--Jarelle, the god of healing, is hiding in Lyall. Unable to do more than watch, as most gods are forced to do, Jarelle has taken on a more human form than usual and planted himself within the ranks of Soldiers, Trackers and Royal Guards.

You are a citizen of Lyall, either commoner, soldier, guard, royalty, a Healer or the enemy. You are either invading Lyall or trying to escape the city. Whose side are you on? Whose secrets will be revealed? Love, life, secrets and betrayal. What has become of the once mighty city of Lyall, known as the Emperor's City? What brings disaster to it's gates? And why are the mysterious healers so important?

Important Information:
Spoiler! :
Healers: Healers are humans with a God parent (usually the god Jarelle). They are born with hair the same colour and eyes the same colour as their God parent, no matter how strange it is. A healer can heal others, regardless of race, of almost any injury but they themselves take on the pain, and sometimes the injury--as long as said injury won't do them lasting or irrepairable damage.

Trackers: Trackers are, more often than not, Elves or a human with Elven blood. They are exceptionally skilled at tracking, hunting and archery. Emperor Zarin hires these men and women for their talents; they do not have any alligence to the Emperor, his country or his cause.

Soldiers & Royal Guards: Soldiers and Royal Guards are humans and/or elves who have signed themselves into the Emperor's keeping. They are either a Soldier (of any rank) or a Royal Guard and are expert fighters, tending to be older (especially if a General or high-ranking Guard) and loyal to Lyansa and it's Emperor.

Gods/Goddesses: Gods & Goddesses are beings of immense power, pretty much immortal and ageless-it's impossible to tell exactly how old they are. They are bound by unnatural laws to do nothing more than watch and record as their creations destroy each other. No one knows what the look like as they always appear cloaked in whatever colour represents them; Jarelle's colour being blue, in any shade. There is only one god in Lyansa that is known to wander amongst humans and that is Jarelle, god of Healing.

Elves: Elves are creatures of nature and can live for hundreds, even thousands, of years. Their powers relate to nature and the elements They highly dislike anything too advanced and tend to avoid cities, except for the few who live in Lyall and similar cities. Elves are rarely seen away from the forests.

Humans: Humans can be found throught Lyansa and the surrounding kingdoms and have little to no magic. Any magic they do have is limited and uncontrolled. Humans make wonderful soldiers, though.

Character Sheet:

Name: Shawnee

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Race: Rogue healer

Rank: Rouge healer

Alligence: None

Appearance: She appears younger then she really is, short, tiny face, and petit frame. Her tiny frame males fighting a bit of a problem. She knows she wouldn't last in a fight. So she doesn't. Regardless of how careful she is she still has a scar through her right eyebrow. She isn't ever seen without her cloak covering her hair and most of her face. She wants nothing to do with this war.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: She's a quiet one, and she doesn't often speak... not to anyone. Not to anything. Hardly even to herself. When she trusts you enough to speak to you, she will only reply to a direct question. She doesn't like to use her healing powers, and doesn't like showing them to anyone either. She's afraid her powers will be abused. She does make exceptions. When with a group she's often looking for an excuse to sneak away.

Flaws: Shy, slightly temperamental.

Power/s: Healing mastery.

History: Shawnee has been alone since she can remember, spending nights with people who looked trustworthy, then leaving before dawn. When she deemed herself old enough, she started to completely fend for herself. She doesn't want part of this war, but she's never been out of the city. She might change her mind if she does.

Up for love: Me: Of course she is. Her: No I'm not. I don't want to date. *blushes* Me: You SAY that... but do you mean it.

Healer:

Name: Sanura Aiyanna.

Age: 18.

Gender: Female.

Race: Healer.

Rank: Healer.

Alligence: Ronas.

Appearance: Sanura is about 5'9 ft tall with dark blue hair, pale blue eyes and pale skin. She's slim yet athletic and has a much stronger will than anyone would expect. She is often seen wearing blue clothing of varying shades--blue being the colour most healers wear. Never seen without the silver necklace around her neck.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: For a healer, Sanura isn't all that peaceful, nor is she shy. She's actually rather bold and truthful, almost to the point of it being a major fault in her. But it's sometimes better to go through with something and then ask for forgiveness before asking permission anyway. She usually avoids conflict, preferring to talk, rather than clash swords. She has the best and the worst qualities in here; the patience of her father, yet the temper of her mother and the determination of any human. It makes her unique in a completely new way. Sanura can be friendly on occasion, and has a great love of life, like most healers. She will only kill when she has no other choice or harming another might not help the situation; she also really hates to do so, though sometimes it's more of a mercy thing than a willingness to kill. Although, he has no illusions about killing people if she has to, yet she just prefers not to. She is extremely loyal once someone has gained her trust and will defend them no matter what. Sanura often seems a little harsh and distant, but don't be fooled, she has rather loving side underneath it all. As a healer, Sanura also has this nasty little side-effect because pf her abilities--when she heals someone, she takes on the pain and sometiems the wound. It's not uncommon among healer for this to happen and for Sanura, she rarely heals people because of this. When she does, it's a true gift, even if it's painful for her.

Flaws: Sometimes seen as too bold, too truthful and often acts before seeknig permission. Also has a nasty temper when she loses it (though it's rare for her to lose her temper). Can sometimes seem a little harsh and distant. A lto of times, Sanura has taken on way too much healing than she can handle and has had to have other healers take over for her and has had to be healed herself because of that. Sometimes doesn't know when enough is enough when it comes to healing others.

Power/s: Healing abilities.

History: Not much is actually known of Sanura's past, except for the fact that she woke up alone and injured in the city's prision. She had no idea where she was or how she got there. The only clue was the memory she had of a raid and of helping so many people, of trying to heal them. She knows who she is, where she came from and her childhood. But remembers nothing of her time between going to live in the royal palace of Ronas and between the attack on her company of something like 30 or more men. It's a bit of a mystery, for everyone...

Up for love: Sure.

Other: Sanura always wears a silver necklace; the necklace being this:

--------------------------------------------------------

General:

Name: Altair Jinan / General Jinan / Altair.

Age: 38.

Gender: Male.

Race: Human.

Rank: General.

Alligence: Lyansa.

Appearance: Altair is tall, dark and handsome--that's often the way women describe him. As a soldier, and even more importantly, a General, Altair is strong and capable. He stands at a little over 6 ft tall, with dark blonde hair that's going grey, dark brown eyes and heavily tanned skin due to all the time he's spent outside training. He's slim and athletic, and mush stronger than he looks. He has muscle, but only if you look closely--not that you'll see it under all that clothing. He is most likely to be seen in the red, black and blue uniform of a soldier of Lyansa--The red being a hooded cloak, the black being pants and the blue being a tunic. Altair has many scars, the most noticible being the once snaking down the lefthand side of his face; the result of a fight with the enemy in an ages past war. In fact, it was one of the first wounds inflicted upon him during his years as a soldier.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: Despite his somewhat cold impression, Altair is actually kind, loving, caring, and smart, determined and sometimes easily distracted. He hates to see those she cares about hurt and often gets really defensive if someone he likes is harmed, but be wanred--if you start asking questions about his past, he’ll snap at you and try to drive you off. He gets mad—really mad. And a mad Altair, who has a few interesting talents, is not a good thing. And although he’s talented, his downfalls are his somewhat short temper and the grudge he holds against men who harm women. He’s quiet more often than not and thinks a lot before speaking or doing something. He likes to plan things out, if he can. Especially battles and the like. And highly dislikes when his plans are thoroughly screwed up by stupid mistakes. And he has made a lot of mistakes in the past, and dislikes when this is pointed out. It's not his fault--he was 'just following orders'. After all, he can't argue with orders...even if he wants to. He also hates being called a coward—it’s another downfall of his. Altair often has a blank, cold and uncaring edge to his expression, like he’s lost all emotion or just doesn’t give a damn about the rest of the world. This is his mask, to hide the pain he goes through. Not that he'd ever tell you what, exactly, that pain is.

Flaws: Hates being called a coward. Sometimes finds it hard to think outside the box, especially when it comes to orders (he's screwed up in the past while following orders--it got a few women and children killed...) and often refuses to let people in. He's lost several possible wives because of this.

Power/s: None.

History: When Altair was a child, he witnessed a horrible crime...but since he was only a child and a commoner at the time, he could do nothing about it. This crime was the death of his mother (his father having left long before he could remember him) and the maiming of his younger sisters. Ever since he could remember, Altair wanted to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. So, when he was still young, barely out of childhood, he asked the local blacksmith to make him a sword with the metal he had found while playing down near the river. The blacksmith agreed and several days later, Altair had his first sword.

Skip forwards about ten years, and young Altair, who was now offically a man, joined the army, swifting rising throguh the ranks. Several wars, skirmishes and other nasty soldier-like duties later and another ten years or so, and Altair Jinan was now General Altair Jinan. Finally, he could do something about the cruelty he had seen all those years ago. He assigned one of his trusted soldiers to watch the men who had attacked and killed his mother and maimed his younger sisters. And he found that they were still practicing their wicked ways, even as old men. He decided to have them punished--a public whipping was in order. Three men were involved, two men died. It was only one of his many mistakes.

Nowadays, Altair watches over the Emperor as his left hand. He is always there, always watching--or one of his inner circle is. Be warned, Altair has trust issues and problems with abusive people, be it man or woman (though he tends to be more lenient towards women). You can most likely see him standing to the Emperor's left or wandering the city or palace. He's never alone, even if he looks like he is.

Up for love: Sure, if you can crack that emotionless mask of his.

Other: Every General, upon rising to the rank of General, recieves a sword much like this;
Spoiler! :
Image
Altair's sword has a white handle with silver detail. He also has a matching dagger. He wears these attached to a belt around his waist at all times.

Name: Imelda Aaron

Age: 25

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Rank: Soldier

Alligence: Lyansa

Appearance: Imelda has long dark brown- almost black- hair, and two eyes of different colors. One is a very dark brown, and the other is a very dark green. This change isn't even noticeable if she manages to get under the right light and be seen at the right angle, but outside it's more than noticeable-- some say it's unnerving. She never seems to smile, and either looks sad or downright enraged. She's not tall-- only about 5'4'', and if she's under lots of heavy clothes, she looks absolutely frail. Underneath those layers, however, she's very toned and actually quite muscle-y. Meeting her gaze usually results in a glare, and caries herself in a way that all but shrieks 'heartless fool.'
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: Imelda has two sides, and many hidden quirks and upsets. Her first side, the one that people will see most often, is her fierce side. This is the part of her that's always ready for battle. Imelda wields two huge battle-axes that look a little large for a woman of her size. She will not hesitate even a second to kill an enemy, so long as they're armed and they pose a threat. She's cold-hearted, and unless her enemy is a child, she's merciless. She tends to mess around with a victim's mind before she kills them- if she can- and then kill them slowly. (Assuming they're not on the battlefield, in which case she cuts down anybody in her path.) When not in battle, this side is quiet. She's often caught glaring into the distance, though she may seem troubled at the same time. Her allies know that she would never hurt them, but she's beginning to wonder. There's so much blood on her hands-- could she possibly be in the wrong? She hates herself for what she's been doing, but figures that it's too late to go back and change it now. Getting her to talk is hard, and if you speak to her, your reply will be a sarcastic remark or an insult.
Her second side is where most think her only softness lies. Around children, she seems to completely transform. Imelda couldn't lay a finger on a child if her life depended, let alone kill one. Even a child of the enemy, one who's training to kill her-- anything under 17 years old is untouchable. Her soft side is one that most don't get to see, as she tends to keep it hidden if possible. It's her way of making up for what she's done in the past and will do in the near future. She will do anything to protect a child.
Since she has no memory of her child-hood, she's starting to become afraid of what she might have been, might have done, when she was younger. Her dreams are always something violent-- her murdering her faceless parents or setting fire to her unknown village. It's her deepest fear that she's hurt the people she's forgotten in some way.
Her other fear is that of softening, getting close to somebody. The only people she's ever really loved were all brutally murdered-- or, that's what she presumes anyways-- and she doesn't remember what happened to her parents or any other family that she might have had. Underneath it all, Imelda's afraid. Afraid of her past, of her future and really, of herself. Part of her is longing for somebody she can share her pain with, somebody who will stick with her no matter how horrid she can get.

Flaws: Imelda's temper is a dangerous thing, and is very, very quick to erupt. She doesn't seem to have any self-control over her emotions, and is prone to mood-swings. One moment she'll be snickering and making fun of one of her comrades, the next somebody will have said the wrong thing, and she'll be throwing a knife at their head. (She'll miss on purpose if she's throwing a knife-- if it's a clay pot or other object on the other hand, she'll aim straight for you.)
She never sleeps-- she can't. Insomnia has robbed her of her of such things a long time ago. Insomnia and the fact that when she does sleep-- she has nightmares. Unless she can't get something energizing in her system, or find a way to keep her energy levels up, she'll be even more grouchy than usual, not to mention groggy and pretty close to unable to think straight.
Her immune system is also weak, and she's prone to getting sick. Stomach flus, colds, migraines, sinus infections... it's all very, very easy for her to catch. The fact that she rarely sleeps doesn't help this.

History: Most of it, Imelda doesn't remember. All that she knows is that she woke up one day at around 15 in a stranger's house. There was a huge wound on her head, and her memory was gone. Saying that she was afraid was an understatement, but with the help of a sweet couple and their two children-- one older son and one younger daughter-- she regained her health and a few memories.

It wasn't much to go by, but from what she can remember, Imelda was the daughter of two knights. Their names are unknown still, as is her home town and her real name. The husband, Rayner, named Imelda. Her name means 'All warrior', which seemed to suit the girl's fiery temper and stubbornness. She took on the family's surname, Aaron, which means 'light bringer' according to Rayner. Rayner and his son, Taron, were the only two members of the family that Imelda felt particularly close to. She really did like Seana, but the girl seemed to be afraid of her. Rechella, the wife, was very kind to her, but it was hard for the two to relate.

It wasn't long before Imelda decided to train to be a soldier, and it wasn't long before she started working her way up, either. She was a quick learner, and at the time, willing to listen to instruction. As time went on, she became more violent and more bitter, a dangerous weapon in war, but it was very hard for her to earn the trust of her fellow trainees. It doesn't matter anymore, though. Not to her. The only thing that matters to her now is that every single one of the Aarons are dead. Nobody knows what happened, but it was reported that they were all found cut open in their beds one morning by a neighbor.

Up for love: She is, if you can crack her open and find soft side.

Other: She tries to journal all of these things, an effort to gain some control over her temper and her fear. It doesn't seem to be helping much, but she refuses to give it up.

Name: Elphame

Age: 25

Gender: Female

Race: Elf

Rank: Tracker

Alligence: None

Appearance: Long auburn hair, sea-green eyes, and a love for the forest.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: - Elphame isn’t a leader, but she’s not a follower either. She hates confrontations, and one rule that she had been raised with was that she cannot tell lies.
Flaws: Can’t tell lies

Power/s: She can regenerate her strength by taking it from the earth, and she can manipulate the earth.

History: Elphame came from a very distraught family. Growing up Elphame remembers the curse that was set upon her family, her mother had given birth to a baby boy, but after they realized that he was an Asraad they knew they had to kill him before he could cause any damage. But before they could Niran just happened to be riding by and took the baby with him.

Later in the day a group of assassins were sent to their home and burned everything, Elphame was lucky enough to escape into the woods. But she watched in horror as her family screamed and burned to death.

Elphame has since then lived on her own, developing her skills as a tracker and secretly keeping tabs on her younger brother.

Up for love: Yes

Other: The reason she hasn't chosen a side to follow is because of her torn love for her brother and her love for freedom.

Dragon >> it's permission only. Meaning you have to ask to join, Via PM. And you can't just claim a spot and hope you get in, sorry. I think someone's already asked Scar for that spot.

I already got a PM, Em, and gave permission. Em is correct, Dragon. Same thing goes for the Royal Healer as it does for Jarelle. You may claim a tracker, but it'll have to be male as there's already a female tracker. I don't want three female trackers and only one male soldier or something. Kinda defeats the point.

Also. We'll be starting once I have the Royalty claimed (AKA; the Emperors and the princes) and at least one of all the other ranks.

Character Sheet:

Name: November

Age: 36

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Rank: Captain of the Guard

Allegiance: Lyansa

Appearance: A very youthful looking man, but extremely world-weary. He has several scars crossing his face, the largest of which runs down his nose. Muscular.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: Also extremely quiet, but in a very different way from Shawnee. It’s like he’s in an eternal strop. Despite this, he'll often seek to befriend people, but tends to be interested only in their alliance. November has extreme loyalty to his Emperor, and he owns a horse, Thunder, his pride and joy.

Flaws: November will often forget your name, and always tends to his own needs first, unless it's between him and someone seriously important. He also is socially inept, and keeps to himself.

Power/s: N/A

History: November's mother was a pauper, who never told him who his father was. November grew up in poverty, until he was 18, when he joined the army, and slowly rose through the ranks. He likes to see it as a result of hard work and skill, without recognising the luck.

Up for love: We’ll see.

Other: None.

Name: Isolde Lysanae

Age: 18.

Gender: Female.

Race: Half-elf.

Rank: Princess of Lysana

Alligence: Lysana

Appearance: She is known for her beauty, and has straight brown hair that ends in thick, whimsical waves that give her a half-ladylike, half-childish look, and gray-blue eyes that are both innocent-seeming and mature at the same time. She is of average height, and has a deceptively delicate build that hides her years of training in combat with short blades.

Spoiler! :
blebel90.jpg
blebel90.jpg (128.81 KiB) Viewed 712 times

Personality: As the princess of Lysana, Isolde does particularly well in her image. While she never gets angry very easily, she has a sort of quiet intensity about her that creates a sort of respect and fear in the people that come across her, and her beauty only heightens this impression more. Despite appearances, however, she is very passionate about what she believes in, and she is usually a very kind person. However, Isolde often works from the background to manipulate things to suit her own opinions, and often goes off to do things by herself without telling her father or her brother. Her one main flaw is that she has steeped herself in so much manipulation and is trying so hard to be her mother, that is has lost sight of what matters, and has also become a more colder, vicious version of her mother.

History: Ever since she could remember, Isolde has been the princess of Lysana. A kind and beautiful child, she grew up to become an adored and somewhat quiet young woman, respected by the entire kingdom for her soundness and quietness. However, Isolde has trained with short blades and bows from an early age, encouraged by her mother. After the Empress died, however, Isolde was the one who took it the hardest, and changed from an amiable young woman to a self-dependent, almost cold one.

Up for love: Sure!

Other: Isolde is naturally talented at tracking people, and often uses this to good measure.

Working on it o.o

Name: Niton

Age:27

Gender:Male

Race: Human

Rank: Royal Healer

Alligence: Lyansa

Appearance: He is tall and lanky. Because of his heritage he has blue hair and eyes.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: He hates being a healer and uses his powers only when he has to. He is also a noted secluse as he is ashamed of his freakish blue hair and eyes. He has tried dying it several times, but always it returns to the orignal color within a few hours. He has for the most part got over this, but he still resents his gifts and hardly uses it. He hates what he is and only heals when he thinks it needed. He is impatient, and shows little interest in people he. Often talks to people with a condesending tone, and often veils his threats and insults. While his brother is the one in charge, Niton is not one to sit on the side lines and watch others play. He does a lot behind the scenes using some very moraly grey tactics to get what he wants done. What these goals are, is to be seen.

Flaws: Lacks any form of combat skills, although he does carry a dagger.

Powers: Healing, although he hardly uses it

History: From a early age Niton has felt like a freak and thus he hardly leaves his room. He has never liked his brother from a early age after a accident which nearly killed Niton. Niton is rather detached from his whole family and spends more time with the servants then he does with his own family.

Up for love: Sure

This is one little planet in one tiny solar system in a galaxy that’s barely out of its diapers. I’m old, Dean. Very old. So I invite you to contemplate how insignificant I find you.

Death~

*I would like to take the place of a General/high ranking officer in Niran's army. Will post profile shortly if that is all right. Or if it's at all possible I would like to be the Meranian Prince, but since the character I have in mind is an Elf, he would need to be adopted, please.*

Name: Ravel Melnared (Rav for short)

Age: 19

Gender: male

Race: elf

Rank: Prince of Melnar, adopted (he's not in the line of succesion)

Alligence: Melnar

Appearance: Tall, pale, and slender, with long unruly black hair and orange eyes. Usually seen with a scowl on his face. Wears black all the time.
http://media.photobucket.com/image/elf% ... r.jpg?o=74

Personality: Smart, cunning, a brilliant tactitian. He thinks with his head not his heart. Daring, reckless and incredibly independent. Rav will not tolerate being bound by anything or anyone. He is almost blindly loyal to Emperor Niran and will obey him no matter what.

Despite his intense loyalty he has a conscience and will often mitigate the damage caused by his adopted father. Such as allowing enemy fighters to take their dead and wounded from the battlefield. The Emperor is aware of and allows these insubordinations because he knows Rav would never betray him outright.

While he has a hot temper he keeps it under tight wraps. Due to his history he hates other elves, and other elves hate him.

Flaws: Prone to almost berserk rages, when he was a child they happened much more frequently. Now he only ever lets that side of him out on the battlefield. He is also claustrophobic, and hate being bound boxed in by anything or anyone.

Power/s: Like all elves his powers are elemental in nature, and in Rav's case highly destructive. Rav has command of the elements of Wind, Lightning, and Fire. An explosive combination if there ever was one.

History: Ravel is an Asraad, a rare type of pureblood elf denoted by there flame colored eyes. An Asraad is also known as a Child of Battle, and so they are favored by the God of War. In ancient times the Asraadi were both revered and feared. They were the greatest warriors of the elven nation with incredible strength, speed, and reflexes. They mastered weapons easily and had highly destructive magic. They were the protectors of their race. But some went insane and had to be put down, before they were taken out they massacred hundreds.

Since those dark days any elven child born with orange eyes has been killed. It should have been the same with Rav, but as luck would have it, Niran was riding by that day and stopped his birth family from killing him. He took the newborn elf with him and raised him as his own.

He was raised like any prince, despite the fact he would never inherit anything, and went into the army at fourteen. Since then he's gone from conflict to conflict. Other elves have repeatedly tried to kill him over the years but Rav defends himself fiercely. Despite this he too see himself as a monster, and fears losing himself like the Asraadi of the past. Rav obeys his father absolutely and has traveled with him and the invading army to the gates of Lyall.

Rav knows full well that the only reason Niran saved him was because he wanted to raise the Ultimate Weapon, one that would never betray him. He doesn't care. As he once said. "I owe him my life, I owe him more than it."

Up for love: Yes, but since most people are on the other side it'll be very Romeo and Juliet.

Other: Most elves attack him almost on sight. The ones in the Melnarian army tolerate him, but also avoid him like the plague. Elphame the Lyansan tracker is his older sister, although he is unaware of this fact. Rav believes that his entire birth family is dead.

*If it's okay for me to join this is the character I would like, if this character is no good I can rewrite the profile. Thankyou.*

Name: Bristan Lysanae

Age: 26

Gender: Male

Race: Half-elf

Rank: Prince of Lysana

Alligence: Lysana

Appearance: Bristan is above average height and muscular. Despite his princely upbringing, his hands are rough and callused and he has several minor scars on his forearms from years of battle training. His hair is shoulder-length and brown, often tied up into a ponytail.
Spoiler! :
Image

Personality: As the future Emperor and heir to the throne of Lysana, Bristan is all too aware of the responsibility resting on him. Born and raised to be a leader, he excels at decision-making and combat. He is warm and gentle, preferring the company of others to solitude, although he tends to appear solemn from the outset.

However, Bristan is still inexperienced and naive when it comes to leadership; he believes others too quickly and is blind to faults in those he loves. He is uncertain when it comes to change, wavering when new territories or ideas arise. He needs emotional support and reassurance to cope, often turning to his sister for advice.

Flaws: Inexperience is one of Bristan's greatest flaws; he has yet to learn the subtleties of leadership and has a tendency to see things in black and white. He is quick to trust, even if this goes against the judgement of others.
Bristan sometimes finds himself struggling under the pressures of being heir, and has difficulties in dealing with criticism, taking it to heart rather than forgetting it.

Powers: N/A

History: Bristan has always been raised knowing he would one day become the ruler of Lysana, and has been educated as such. He has been part of the Royal Guard for the past ten years, and since the war began he has been instructed to work with his father and the leading members of the Royal Guard to protect Lysana.

He has always been close to Isolde, seeking her for guidance when uncertainty occurs. However, since the death of their mother, their friendship has become more distant and strained.

Up for love: Yes :)
