Of course! I'm happy that so many people are interested. Can anyone tell me how many people is a good amount for a storybook?

Any number! There are Storybooks which are always open and accepting, and others which have quite limited number of slots.. in an SB of this type, from my experience, closing at around 7-ish people might be the best idea, especially since part of the plot is that only a few are still around ;) There could be more of them left, but the others could be NPCs (not played by anyone and used by everyone as sort of side characters).. then we can kill off those later, too, if we need to kill off someone xD

What I'm curious about is, is there an age limit for the characters?

Okay, I'm going to say that eight people including my character is good. And I totally forgot, I'm thinking that no one under 16 but there's really no upper bracket. I mean they're mortal people so, no limit but keep the age within reason.

Could I reserve a character?

Woo! I'm in! (That is, if everyone's ok with me taking the last spot)

Millions of miles from home
In the darkness before the dawn
In the swirling of this storm
When I'm rolling with the thunder
But bleed from thorns
Leave a light, a light on.

Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the wise? I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life... He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save others from death, but not himself.
