I'm just wondering where I can say my character is from?

Like Australia, California, and then give a reason why you are in DC if you don't live there. I'm speaking for Little, she had to go to dance c:

Well I need to edit my character because I forgot to put a location.

TinyJarStoredDreams Seeing as our characters are the same age maybe your character could be nice to Scarlet because no one else has been nice to her. That will show her that not everyone is a bully and she will be nice after awhile.
