I don't watch that much Anime, so I couldn't really put a character to Ana.
An angel, a knight, a man who will bring light to where there is only darkness, I am the Morning Star, the Bringer of Light, hail to me as I am King Lucifer!
I was thinking maybe Stasia and Lilah could be friends because they have such similar backgrounds. I was also thinking that maybe she and RJ could hang out but end up making things even worse for each other because they're both so paranoid. Also, maybe Lilah could have an enemy in Keaton because he makes her feel even more insecure and paranoid than ever...

Chuck Norris- worshiping gnomes, undead pandas, pet chupacabras and undead Keanu Reeves-what could possibly go wrong?
So, when and how are we doing the break out? I was thinking Mercy or Liam or one of the other more violent patients should start it eventually. Right now its mostly small talk about the hospital life...

The problem with Mercy is, they'll have to eventually let her go because they have no solid proof Mercy ever killed Lilth's father, or if she is still even mentally unstable. Thier only feeding her pills because it's standard prootcal with her and how they dealt with her before. Mercy making a jail break would only make her look guilty in the case since it is still being investigated. So Liam will have to be the one unless someone can give Mercy a very good reason to make a jail break.

I like the idea of there being a distraction, and you made a great point @Dante. So maybe a distraction in another ward calls for all the staff, and Liam seizes the opportunity to get out. The problem is, Liam works solo, so how will everyone else know or want to leave? He won't care enough to tell them about the opportunity, unless it helps him...?

The people in the Library could see him making a break and follow along and tell everyone else. Or he could just run past the others and they decide to follow along.
