Hero High DT.

Welcome to Hero High, where kids with powers are schooled. These kids are the offspring of superheroes, some only have one parent with powers, some have two and some have gained their powers through some kind of accident. Not all have control of their powers, and so they come to Hero High to learn the control, as well as many normal (or somewhat normal) talents.

There’s just one problem—some who attend Hero High are actually villains. So, with the bad guys in their midst, school just got a whole lot worse.

Everyone’s power is different, some are amazing....others are not so amazing. Here at Hero High, there are two categories of students—Heroes and Sidekicks. But don’t forget—both have their strengths...and their weaknesses.

You are new to Hero High, either just starting or recently transferred. You may have a fully-fledged power, or your power may have yet to reveal itself. Either way, you have to deal with the usual school problems, (bullies, failing grades, etc.) along with a few new ones, such as Whose Power Is Better. Don’t be fooled, there’s a bigger problem here—the villains in your midst.

So, what are you going to do about that?

Where is Hero High Located? Hero High hovers above the tallest building in Aeronia City. This building is known as “The Tower” and is located a block away from the Mayor’s office.

I have a question. Did you have any inspiration for this?

Because I've seen a film called Sky High and it's got a few aspects of it in your SB idea and your characters are like some of the main characters.

If you don't know what i'm talking about here's a link - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sky_High_%282005_film%29
Tell the people Mazzi is here! To defend the defenseless! Befriend the friendless! And to defeat...the defeatless!

P.S and to love Lemurs!

lol Mazzi. You're dead on. And I know exactly what you're talking about. Sky High did inspire me to create this SB, although there are some similarities, not everything is the same. For one, Aeronia is a city in my story Scattered: No Longer Retired, which is also an SB on here.

Any more questions?

Is it allowed for character to have one villian parent? Or a non-powered parent?

Of course. My character, Chris, has a villain parent and a hero parent. Totally allowed.

Also, note that I'll be posting some "School Rules" in here soon. These are mainly to do with using powers on school grounds. >.>

Anyways. Back to....the SB.....

Ah, here I am with my profile!

Name:
Wallace Greenwald.

Age:
Sixteen.

Gender:
Male.

Rank:
Sidekick.

Superhero/Sidekick Parents:
His father was the supervillain "Dittomaster", and his mother was Jubilation "Jubilee" Lee.

Appearance: link here
Through the past few years, Wallace has managed to grow into his skin a bit. He's a measly five feet, eight inches (which could be considered short). He's still quite scrawny, but doesn't tend to trip over his big feet as much, and his legs and arms aren't like the spindles from a chair. Rather, he's gained a tad bit of muscle from working hard over the last year, and by also working hard of the summer -- there is a tad bit of a lump of muscle. He's still quite skinny, though. An awkward lad through and through, Wallace has been "blessed" with the near-sighted gene, and is forced to wear glasses all the time. He's got curly, dark brown hair, with eyes to match ("Poo brown, if you please," he thinks them to be). His most endearing quality would have to be his broad smile.

Personality:
Wallace has always kind of just been "that kid" -- you know, the one that is always there, but no one really knows his name. He's lucky enough to have found a handful of friends that seem to have battled the initial awkwardness, and have uncovered underneath his fragile shell a different Wally -- one that has a dry, sarcastic sense of humour, and tends to look at most things as a bother. His bold sense of humour seems to contradict completely what he normally is like, but he can be extremely apologetic when he realizes he's offended someone.

He's probably the worst sidekick around: he tends to grumble and complain about doing the "other work", but does it anyways -- because he's told[/i ] to. He's rather a push-over, and if he's told something enough times, or manipulated and convinced, he will do something. He's just that weak. As for dangerous situations? Well, he's panic-mode, 'splode boy. He tends to explode when he's panicked, and cannot control his ability otherwise. He can become quite flustered, and in dangerous situations he tends to use his instinct instead of logic -- instinct says to [i]run when things start moving too fast for his little brain to keep up.

Despite the number of flaws so easily pointed out in him, Wallace is a great secret keeper -- unless they're forced out of him. His power for explosion, though, makes it easy for him to get out of certain dangerous situations, and that could come in use, as it may harm others, and also creates a great diversion. He hasn't yet thought about this, though. Aside from being the lowly sidekick, Wallace enjoys sitting at home, reading comic books of super heroes ("Yes!"), playing Resident Evil -- and anything to do with zombies -- as well as perfecting his various accents and voices. One day he wants to try his luck at ventriloquism. He hates bananas, citrus, and broccoli (it gets stuck in his teeth!). What he does like, however, is asparagus -- he could eat it all day. Wallace hates his name in general, so nicknames piss him of just as much as being called "Wallace", so you'll never have any luck in that department. He loves take out Chinese food, but hates spicy things, as well as that silly bubble gum that tastes like soap (that trick has been pulled on him a couple of times). Wallace hates it when his flaws and mistakes from previous years are pointed out, as they embarass him immensely. He also hates the good things he does being pointed out. What he does like is usually just sitting in the background and being "that kid". In a nutshell, Wallace is just plain weird.

Flaws: push-over; always does what he's told, but not what he wants to;

Power/s:
Self-detonation/ reformation - yes, yes he can explode. This is his strongest ability. He doesn't see what use it comes in, minus one: It usually comes quite in handy when he's totally messed up a date. All you have to do is ka-plooey, and you're gone ... Then your date feels horrible. Like Nitro, after explosion he turns into a gas-like form, in which he can reform himself at will. Wallace has never looked at this as something amazing. He's pretty humble about it, and is usually like, "Yeah, it's alright," shrugging it off. He thinks it's stupid. You'd think only a hot-head would explode from anger. But nope, instead Mister Calm, "I-don't-really-care" gets it.
Minor abilities:
Accelerated healing - well, you'd figure he might have a bit of this, considering he explodes. It isn't as though he can heal a bone, but usually cuts and scrapes vanish pretty quickly. He's still working on healing himself with more major injuries.

History:
Put it this way -- naive, Jubilee was seduced by a man she didn't even know -- but she thought she did. Dittomaster's ability relies on changing and shifting into other forms. No one even knows his true form. It was a sad start for Jubilation Lee, but after giving birth to her one and only son, Wallace Lee, she married a human man named Anthony Greenwald, thus giving Wallace his surname.

Wallace hates his father for what he did -- no, not the push-over Anthony, but his real father. When Wallace started to explode, the only choice was to reveal it to her husband and her son what was really going on. At first, both Anthony and Wallace were freaked out, but it became good fun for the "men" to explode Wallace in the backyard -- it also inspired a movie script that Anthony attempted to pitch to Hollywood. Anthony Greenwald was a struggling author, writing everything from children's fiction (his most successful) to play-writes. Somehow he managed to keep the family afloat -- oddly enough -- but he is still set on writing a story about his son (without actually revealing the reality of it, of course).

For his adolescent years, Wallace became extremely gawky, and quite awkward -- just like his father. Despite his "cool" ability -- as his father had put it -- Wallace was quite near-sighted, and was forced to get his own glasses. What kind of superhero wears glasses? All the same, Wallace began to get more and more self-conscious about his ability, and upon entering "Hero High" -- slightly less gawky, but still all the more awkward -- he figured that his ability was quite lesser compared to others .... Wallace allowed himself to become a sidekick, doing nothing more than, well, kicking the side. He doesn't belong in the lime light. He'll probably just end up like his father.

Up for love:
Yus please.

Other:
He wears glasses -- all the time. And yes, despite his oddness, he has landed himself a couple of dates (that went horrible, mind)!

Secret/s:
No secrets. Well, no villain secrets, that is.

Okay. There's only one really important school rule concerning powers at Hero High. No Powers Are To Be Used To Harm Another Student, Teacher, Vistor Or Any Variation Of Those ON School Grounds. To Do So Results In Immediate Suspension, Detention Or Similar Punishment, Depending On The Nature Of The Attack And The Seriousness Of The Resulting Injury. If Death Occurs, The Person Responsible Is Immediately Put On The "Villain List" And Removed From The School.

Sounds harsh, I know. What this is to stop any up-and-coming villains from completely training at Hero High. You wouldn't Villains who know the inner workings of Hero High running around, do you?

Also, Rebs asked me a question in just a moment ago. Question: "Scar, do outside people know about HH?"

Answer: Hm. Do they? Family, yeah. Some friends. The Mayor knows and some higher-ups in governments and such. But people, normal, common people who work in a library? No, they wouldn't know of Hero High, but they would know about the Villains and superheroes. (Hell, there's frequent battles being fought all over Aeronia every day XD)

Personality: Being an orphan Jen developed a "complicated" personality. She's a loud person, with a quick temper she easily lashs out at people. She never had any friends, since they all thought she was weird. She never displays her true emotions and never crys. Since she hates displaying her emotions she hates people who read emotions.
