Name: Octavian Deloranzo Ricardosa IV (Tavian/Vian)

Apperance: Pale skin, blond hair that falls to his shoulders, and kind light green eyes. He has pointed canies and the tips of his ears are also pointed. He has spiral tattos encircling his upper arms and going down the length of his sides and his back. He's well built and lean and has long delicate fingers.

Personality: He's gentle with everything and is really nice and kind. He enjoys the little things in life like the beauty of the moon, flowers, rain, nature, art, poetry, etc. He doesn't like to hurt things unless said thing is an immediate danger to himself or the ones he's protecting. His kindness often gets in the way because he can be easily persuaded, but can more than likely pick out when someone lies to him or is trying to decieve him. If that person is a good liar though, they can trick him.

Likes: He likes poetry, nature, art, music, and anything beautiful or poetic. He enjoys musical instruments and target practice.

Dislikes: Being tricked, harsh, or rude people. He also hates when someone kills or destroys for no reason.

History: Keeping this bit to myself, but it will be revealed later.

Her hair is long and black, falling to about mid-back. Her skin is creamy with large green eyes. She's small and thin, so she looks about seventeen, not twenty-five. Her face is heart-shaped with a ski slope nose and a crooked smile.
She wears a knee-length black dress with lacy sleeves and hems. she ties it with a brightly colors sash, and the dress shows off her knee-high boots.

Personality(everyone has a flaw) She's vainer then Aphrodite and Narcissus combined. She hates getting dirt on her hands, won't enter battle for fear of ripping or getting blood her dress. Other then thats, she's sweet and innocent, and very, very naive. Easy to fool.
Likes: She enjoys dressing other people for parties, riding her horse, Moonlight, and seeing her reflection.
Dislikes: When people are rude, trick her, and falling from her horse.

I just realized that having a "Keeper of the Jewel" wouldn't work because that would make 14 people. I'll ask Puzzle if she wanted to take a guardian spot or something.

Name: Upala

Age(Over 20 for all Protectoribus): 21

Gender: Girl

Apperance): Blue Eyes which are like opals set in white steam. Her lashes are long, and black against her pale white skin, which is never seen blushed, or even slightly flushed. She is always composed, and almost sullen. Her long white blonde hair cascades down her back, but she usually ties it up into a slick bun. She usually appears in a long blue cape, with a white trim. Underneath this garment she wears a long white dress, which stops just before her ankles. On her feet she wears sandals. She never takes off her opal necklace, in which atleast half her power is held. She uses this necklace instead of a staff, holding it in her hand when making a spell, or offense. Her cheek bones are high, her lips plump and her eyebrows straight.

Personality(everyone has a flaw)- Upala is deaf, and has become a quiet, shy girl, who uses body language to explain things more than speech because of this. To be honest, this disability does not effect her much, since she has learnt too read lips perfectly. She is constantly looking to please others, but when she finds something she is passionate about, she will fight to the end for it. She is fairly shy, gets awful stage fright and hates being the centre of attention. When she finds a friend, she becomes every attached to them, and will do almost anything for them. She may be quiet, but when she gets angry, she gets ANGRY, and cannot control her powers. Very few have come to an end by annoying Upala though- her temper is next to non-existent. She mainly uses water and air for her attacks or for just general use. She is a great swimmer, and when very healthy and in a good state, she can stay under water for more than an hour. She doesnt like wars or fights, and get frustrated by not being able to see someones face when they're talking. She likes quiet, and calm situations. She is ALOT more powerful than she lets on.

Likes: water, friends, relaxing, familiarity

Dislikes: conflict, mean people, not being able to see peoples faces, fire

History(optional): Opala was born a princess in a far away kingdom, but when her royal parents found she was deaf, they abandned her in a small boat in the big ocean. Without her unusual powers, Opala would of surely died when she fell out the boat during a storm. There is no more background history before she was 16, when she emerged in Southern M'derta, when she was picked up by an old amge, who passed on all his secrets of the magic business. Unlike the other Protectoribus,she was not picked form birth, she was chosen for this quest by Damien Vocifero when he found her practicing her water and air skills on Gerida Beach. Since then she has been travelling with him and has learnt to evolve her powers even further.

Other: She was extremely attatched to the old mage who found her. When she left with the president mage, he was very very old and frail, and she is awfully worried about never being able to see him once more before he passes away. He will leave everyrthing to her in his will if he does die.

Appearance: I know this is not amine but I stumbled upon it and I knew I could make a great character off it. I guess I could find a different one if you wanted
Personality: She is quiet (when she isn't mad), prideful, hot tempered, opinionated, non-loyal (but if by change she really likes you she is REALLY loyal.), non-trusting, she easily lies, antisocial, tom-boy, and she only cares about herself. But, sometimes when she knows you enough to let your guard down it all changes she just turns into this loving caring person that no one expects. She can lie pretty well when she sets her mind to it, but usually she doesn't care to hide her emotions.
Likes:Being just out of a group, knowing secrets, big dogs, dudes XD, and swimming.
Dislikes: Horses, being forced to do something, complainers, being in crowds, being or feeling helpless. Heat above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Appearance: (he has a tattoo of a dragon on his left shoulder and a lip piercing. (The dude with purple hair) He is like the picture except he wears white muscle shirts usually. And blackish gray skinny jeans. He is wiry and naturally lean and has muscles.
Personality: He loves girls, hates to see him hurt, he doesn't practice anything enough to get really good at it, but he has really quick reflexes. He likes to lighten the mood, and he thinks a lo at about things. He trusts easily, but he isn't overly outgoing at first. He is slightly bitter and doesn't like the idea of 'family' though friendship is fine.
Likes: Swimming, eating XD, being good at something though he doesn't take the time to get there, tough chicks, and music, he loves it. Oh, and birds, he loves birds and can make almost any sound they make. He studies them a lot.
Dislikes: Dudes (he doesn't hate them he just finds it harder to talk to them), girls getting hurt, people dieing for no reason, superstitions, doing something in front of others. Being quiet or sad. People having favorites, work (he is kind of a shirker, but it depends on who is making him). Doing something for a long time, he just can't concentrate on one thing unless it has lots of action.
History: He lived on a small farm and was always doing his best, but he never got along with his dad. Suddenly at 16 he just cracked and ran away. He went to the city half starved at odd jobs and wound up where he is now. He is very innocent on love he has never fallen in love before, though he flirts a lot. He got the ring on his necklace from his younger sister, whom he tried to take with him, but she refused. One day he wants to go get her again.
Other: He is hot, always he never gets cold.

Face:
Long spiked red-orange hair to the right. His eyesbrows are black and thin for a man, his eyes are golden and they're outlined well. His nose is straight and thin, his lips are thin, straight and a light colour. All in all his features are rather small except his hair which is the average length with long hair for a man.

Body:
His neck is slightly bigger in proportions to his head, his shoulders are rounded and powerful. He is thin and has a large chest, his arms are very muscular and strong. He has a very good grip with his hands, because of his use with a staff. His legs are straight and thin and are used to running and jumping so are very strong aswell.

Shadows - Half his face is shaded and his body is shaded under his cape.

Clothes:
Shirt - He has a red shirt with yellow vertical stripes all the way around, he has a shirt tail at the front and at the back, his collar is open and up.

Trousers - Jean type, His trousers are dark brown, nearly black. It has gold threads with a simple design, a line leading from about 5 inches below his knee, circling a gold spot where his knee is, the lines split up into two to go around the circle and the lead from his knee up too around 7 inches below his belly and goes round the back of his leg to join up to the other side. This pattern is on both legs. He also has a gold coloured belt with a large circle to attatch it.

Gloves - His gloves are the same colour as his trousers (dark brown, nearly black.) It also has the gold threads but has a different design, an outline near the wrist part of the glove and 3 circles just below the wrist part of the glove, there is a circle between the top two 3 circles. The shape of the wrist part is different it has two points at the front of the glove.

Top Cape - Same colour but lighter due to all his clothing under his cape is shadowed. He has a similar design to his gloves and trousers, (only at the top) there is a golden circle going around it with two circle spots at the front of the cape at the sides, that's where the pattern stops, it also is outlined with thick gold thread also. On the collar though, which is up, theres a seperate pattern with two circle spots at the top corners of the collar. At the bottom of the collar there is two golden lines with a small width between the two, then they join up at the end with a circle spot in between where they join up on either side of the collar. It is attatched by a button from under his collar.

Bottom Cape - It is a long white cape outlined with the same gold thread and has a raindrop shape with another circle with a spot in, this is on the either side of the cape at the front. At the bottom the cape is spiked.

Staff - It is a very long wooden pole attatched by magic to a wooden rectangle, it is decorated with the same golden thread. The top of the staff looks like a sun, made with material with triangle that spikes out like the rays, It also has quarter of a sun item on the bottom of the staff attatched from the end of the wooden rectangle to the pole on each side.

Personality: Damien is a strong willed person who is very intelligent for his age. He is very strong and he uses magic and brawn when fighting. He likes fire and earth to use when fighting with magic. His favorite element he uses is sunlight magic. Though he can use spells without elements. He is very observent and often stays silent for moments to view people and take in knowlege of there likes, dis-likes and habits. He also uses this as a technique against enemies because he believes that any person can defeat someone physically. But if someone can defeat someone mentally, they can be scared for the rest of there life. Damien likes socializing and often greets people with a smile and is always talking to people. Though he prefers to talk to girls than boys because most of the time he acts more femenine more than masculine at times.

Flaw - He can be too nice sometimes and can trust people too easily. He also can get called for socializing with girls alot, but he doesn't mind that.

Likes: Sunlight, magic, observing people, socializing, Myths and Legends.

Dislikes: Dark forces, monsters, non-believers, people who only talk about death and fighting.

History: Damien grew up to a rich family, his father was a warrior who brought alot of wealth to his family, determined to follow in his fathers footsteps, but as a mage, he had other ideas of a warrior. He went to protectoribus training from 7 years old and had the perfect life there. He became good friends with his room mate, Sindy. He had known Sindy since he was 10 and they trained in the same field, magic. They trained together and studied together, nearly all in the same classes. He quickly became friends with Sindy's friends and earned more social skills. They laughed at his jokes and he loved every minute with them. They didn't talk about killing or fighting like all the young men did, they talked about mystical creatures like unicorns,pegasus and griffin. Not how they slaughted a wild boar in training like the boys in his cabin did. When he grew older he started having a relationship with Sindy and they are currently still having a relationship together. They are a perfect couple and nothing has changed between him and the relationships with his best friends. Sindy's friends, or 'the girls' as Damien greeted them as. They knew him as one of the only boys who was nice and gentle and had lots of things in common with them. When Damien left protectoribus training with perfect qualifications in magic mythical animals/beings, common spells, elemental magic, magic combat and defence and then onto a full wizardry course which only could be took by advanced students who had took all the required subjects (combat, defence, common spells and elemental magic.) He left with a big cheer from the girls with Sindy at his side. They moved into there own home and are currently engaged.

Other: He knows that the engagment is early in his life but he is in love with Sindy and would never betray her too someone else. Sindy is also OK with Damien socializing with girls because she knows that he doesn't talk to males much and knows that he'd never go with someone else, having a relationship with him for 13 years she trusts him.

Name: Darius Kendala
Age: 22

Apperance: Here he is. (Sorry that it's not anime. This was the only picture I could find to capture him correctly.)

Darius has short brown hair, a stubbly beard, and hazel eyes. He's taller than most of his companions, but has a very trim figure. He's got his fair share of laugh lines, and usually wears the type of clothing in that picture. But it is rare that he has his hood up. Darius thinks it impedes his eyesight.

Personality: Darius is one for a good laugh, a good joke, or a good anything. He's very mild mannered in most of his comings and goings, and likes to see other people happy. Darius has a strong sense of right and wrong, although he'd not the cleverest apple in the barrel. That is probably Darius's biggest weakness. He has trouble taking orders when his ethics are on the line, but at the same time he doesn't necessarily understand the logistics of the order being made. Darius is a teddy bear, really. An odd mix for someone who makes a living as a killing machine.

Likes: Not thinking, surprisingly. Darius likes being secure, having something to do, travelling, and starry nights.

Dislikes: Taking questionable orders, feeling like he's being used, feeling talked down to, feeling unsecure in general.

History(optional): Like all of the gaurdians, Darius grew up knowing that he would have to become a knight. His parents decided early on that Darius would need to have the best training. Darius spend the large part of his childhood under the mentorship of the best swordsmen in M'derta. Darius was raised to be a grunt, but he always thought he might be something of a poet, if he hadn't beed chosen as a gaurdian. Now, however, swordscraft id the only thing Darius knows. He doesn't regret his life, but there is a certain amount of of doubt in his past.

Other: Darius really, really likes crows. For no particular reason.

Name: Ashrae (or Ash)

Age: 23

Gender: Female

Appearance: Fly-away, dark auburn hair and yellow/brown eyes. Slim body type, but tall at 5'7''. She likes to wear loose pants or knee-length skirts (with shorts underneath). She always wears her fingerless, fighting gloves, always. And she normally has on a tight shirt that 'hugs' her body.


Personality: Ashrae's personality is... hard to pin down. She's a mysterious girl that can change her face in the blink of an eye. Sometimes she wants to be alone, just herself and her thoughts; then other times she likes being with people and having fun. Usually, she lets the other person make the first move, in anything; a conversation, a fight, etc. She has a low self-esteem; that's kinda the reason she acts the way she does; sometimes she says nothing and is by herself because she's afraid that she'll mess up, and when she gets tired of being along, she has fun and covers things up with a shallow laugh. But you would never know her as shy or lacking confidence; instead she covers it up by being sure of herself and competitive (competitive, not aggressive, don't get them mixed up). She likes to show her stuff and prove others wrong. She shows as tough, but inside she can be passionate.
Ashrae is slim with no muscular complexion and isn't very strong, but she's quick and agile. Her fighting strategy is to use her opponents strength against him; and she carries a set of darts, nothing special, just an instrument used to startle her enemies (is that ok? I know they're not suppose to have weapons...).
She has A.D.D. (she's easily distracted, her mind can be a hundred places at once), and she has no social talent, but she's a talented liar and can be convincing.

Likes: Beauty in nature, rocks, feathers, the night, leaves, paintings, and heights.

Dislikes: Sexists (girls ARE equal), knights (they think they're all high and mighty), horses, kids, prideful people who don't admit when they're wrong, and high-heels (or any other sort of fancy wear).

History: She grew up in the poor part of town in a poor family. She was never popular and everyone seemed to ignore her; she was never part of the 'in crowd'. She was trained to fight with private lessons from a distant cousin who tutored her in the art.

Other: The gloves that she always wear are a pair that her tutor gave her. They are said to be her grandmother's when she was younger. Her grandmother died when Ashrae was 13. She meant a lot to Ashrae, so to have her gloves is special to her. (Note: Her grandmother was a talented fighter for the king, back in her day).

Name: Mikael Eisenstein
Age: 28

Gender: Male

Personality: His gruff exterior hides a protective individual who would go to almost any length to save a friend. However he uses that exterior to shield his emotional damage. He has issues with authority and pompousness.
Likes: The satisfaction of of laying an enemy low. Getting tactics just right. Out doing a fellow archer.
Dislikes: Vandalism, big headed knights and the death of innocents due to conflict.
History: As a young boy he hunted for food to keep his starving family alive and developed and incredible talent for this. He was soon using to win competitions and eventually in battle. At one point he was to be promoted but this failed after he assaulted a knight for calling him "a ground level commoner". After this he took jobs where ever he could find them living on the road. However one day his world fell apart when, whilst having a distance competition he hit and killed a young boy. This is why, while he is reknown for his accuracy at incredible distance he only use a double recurve bow as it allows him to see his target even at max range.
Other: other for love as he clearly needs some emotional help.

We will start when we get the last four spots filled. We need girls so I'm thinking of taking up one. Yeah, I'll take a girl knight. I'm hesitant about choosing leader just in case someone else would like it.
