I'm writing the epilogue now and I think I'll finish it tomorrow, but I wanted to check on the point "Donaldson sends them to a different speakeasy/casino type place and they speak to a few gangsters who point them towards Madeleine". We don't need to agree on what exactly we get from the information and we can go to whichever speakeasy, can't we? Is this just about stretching things out a bit?
I hope I understood your question correctly, but yeah, the info they receive won’t be helpful that much— unless they find out Madeleine’s address? And yeah, I think the speakeasy itself doesn’t matter, just as long as it’s not the GV, since ideally it’s owned and managed by a gang that both Madeleine and Grant had connections to (and I can’t remember if we decided to go with the plot point where Madeleine is the daughter of a gangster or not, but that could be her connection). But yes, the section is just to prolong things a bit before we get to the climax.
Coming along slowly but surely. I added my bits and we're at 722 words with this first post. @Plume, it looks like you may have dropped off mid-thought? Anyway, I can always add more as we go, but let's just keep each other updated, I'll generally be pretty around and I'm really free this weekend (since I just saw my dad, we're not doing anything for father's day). The fact that we have an extra day to get this all done helps too.

I could do either day, I think, but if Monday works best for everyone else, Monday it is!! And yeah, it seems about that time, but I'll let Mailice confirm!!
