Jake leaned on the wall. Staring into the air Leal stood next to him.

"What would you do if I went out with someone at school" Jake said,

"I'd kill you" She giggled but then turned serious, "Why?"

"Oh... Was just wondering" He replied.

He leaned back on the wall but Leal stood up, staring in his eyes.

"You wouldn't do that to me would you?"She said, her words coming out quickly.

"Of course not, of course i wouldn't" He said suddenly standing and giving her a hug.

Leal bit her lower lip and then stepped back. "What are you doing then?" She asked.

"Nothing, I was just wondering."

"Why were you wondering?" She demanded. "If you like someone else just let me know and we'll just be friends."

"Leal even if I liked someone else, I'd never like them more than you babe" He said holding her closer.

Sarah walked past, "Hey Jake!" She shouted and smiled.

Jake let go of Leal completly and waved back, smiling as he did.

Leal's back straightened up. "I've got stuff to do." She said turning.

"Come on, why?" He asked.

"Cause you really like Sarah, so I'm letting you free." She turned and stormed away.

"Leal, baby" Jake said as she slamed the door on him.

Leal ran up to her room. WHat was with guys just wanting to cheat on her, or like osmeone else? What was worng wtih her? They didn't know she was a foster kid. Least had been. They didn't know that her parents hadn't loved her.

Why couldn't someone just love her. Why did there always have to be someone else? Why couldn't she just be it?

Kris turned on the computer and went on msn, he changed his status to Kris is cheesed because he was so bored. He reached into one of the draws and found a piece of paper with Leal's email on. He added her. Online.

Kris is cheesed: Hey, Leal!

Leal: What's with the name?

Kris is cheesed: I'm bored.

Leal: That's a great explanation. So, what's with guys and cheating?

Kris is cheesed: ????

Leal: Tom-with what's her face
Jake- likes Sarah

Kris is cheesed: How wud I no I mean I guess its just kids in ur yr lol

Leal: What so you dont cheat on people. And talk english please

Kris is cheesed: Sorry, and know I dont cheat on people.

Leal: So why do the others do it then

Kris is cheesed: Because they dont see what is in fornt of them is the best you can get, espially you

Leal: Now realyl isn't the time to try to get me to like oyu, Kris.

Kris is cheesed: I wasn't trying to. I'm just tryin to make you feel beter.

Leal: Thanks, but now I want to kill them both!!!!!!

Kris is cheesed: Lol, oh well. It happens.

Leal: But it's not fair!!!! I'm not good enough for anyone it seems.

Kris is cheesed: Ah, don't think that, hey Tom is comin, bye

Kris is Cheesed is offline.

Kris moved away from the laptop.

"hey bro, whats going on?" Kris grinned,

"I need to get on msn. I got to tell Leal something" tom replys

"Ahhh... I dont think know is the best time, He great auntie twice removed died and she is really upset" Kris says sarcasticly,

"Oh.." Tom sounded upset, "well I'll leave it for now then"

The next day Leal walked in school with the temper of a disturbed bee.

"Hey, Leal. SOrry about your aunt." Tom said walking over.

"Aunt?" She growled looking at him. "What aunt?"

"Kriss said your great aunt twice removed died and not to talk to you" Tom asked,

"Oh yeah" She replied, "Aunt Mary, yes sad story"

"Why can't I talk to you though?" He asked hurrying after her.

"Cause I'm not in the mood to talk." She growled. Jake walked over.

"Hey guys." He smiled.

"Go away! Both of you!" She hissed turning and storming off.

"Sounds like someone is pmsing." Jake laughed.

"Its just that her auntie died" tom said, "shes being a tad bit annoying"

"And a bitch" Jake and Tom laughed together.
