I'm Ben Franks and I love to read and write! Anyway, I assume you've clicked on this topic because of the extroadinarily attractive title it has and then suddenly realised that it's for the asking of reviews and pondered on the thought before going, "Ah yes! That's what I was here for!"

- Advanced Critique (I'm not brilliant at these as time is precious and you'd have to give me a good week or two to have a proper, thorough tone down of it)

- FanFiction (I can read it, but not review it. Sorry.)
- Anything rated 18+ or R. (I don't mind the odd bit of language or "16+" works, but I dislike vulgar, gore-filled, swear-packed or sexually explicit works)

Anyway...
Now that's out'a the way, I suppose you'll be wondering how my reviews work. Well don't panic! I'm going to give you an explanation, but it'll be brief because my mind is elsewhere. Such as the thoughts of, er, nevermind. Anyway here's a little about me:
- I can do in-depth reviews. (This is where I quote your whole work and give you my thoughts and suggestions in an italic coloured font for you to revise)
- I can do short and snappy feedback. (Basically a few sentences on overall effect)
- I will ALWAYS comment on content.
- I will ALWAYS comment on effect, meaning and language.
- I will point out anything that doesn't read good 'n' proper!
- I will rarely, but if asked to will, help you with grammatical edits.
- Offer my overall thoughts!

Okay, I love reading columns, rants, moanings and especially ANYTHING with HUMOUR in it!
I also really adore thick plots and dialogue.
I love characters who are completely different from people
I love writers who set their works in places where I haven't been before
I'm a real sucker for mystery!

First thing I've written in a long time, at least that I've finished.
It's basically just a short thing about being an author.

Umm...It's already been nit picked, so really just a content review, but if you see anything spelling wise or whatever, go right ahead. Anything I can do to improve it, and if you liked it or not. Shred it, be mean, trust me I don't get offended easily, and love truthful reviews.

Hey Ben! Would you mind reviewing my poem: Ugly Melodies/Silent Songs? It's feeling a little lonely at the moment.

Three sentences about it? 1) The rhyme kind of sucks, but I'm working on it. 2) I wrote it because I was already puking poetry from an inordinate amount of reviews. 3) It's a poem.
