What's happening: Schedule downtime of about 30 minutes to 1 hour for necessary database maintenance

What time: 7am UTC April 22 (3am in New York, Midnight on the Pacific coast, 5pm in Sydney, and 1:30 p.m. in New Delhi)

Taking the server down for about 30 minutes to 1 hour at 7 am UTC April 22. Some of the tables in the database are fragmented, and the only good way to fix that is to delete the database (after backing it up) then restore it.
