I am thinking more of questions about the Bible, but I' m open to debate anything. I guess I'll start off with an opening question.

The Bible says that you need to be married before you have sex. It also says it's a sin to get a divorce unless your spouse is unfaithful. So if you spouse is unfaithful and you get a divorce is it a sin to have sex un-married?

Do you mean, is it a sin to have sex while divorced, even with your ex-spouse?

In that case, yes, since you are no longer married. I think that's what you are asking.

Since you are divorced, you are no longer married. So yes, it's still a sin.

Marriage signifies a Godly commitment to one person, and is also a promise to remain faithful to that one person. When you break that commitment, for whatever reason, God no longer recognizes that as a binding promise, so anything outside of holy matrimony is a sin.
