I personally enjoy swimming. But I am a former football player. (I enjoy swimming more now though)

I play basketball and badminton. Tried playing soccer but well I did not do that well. So basketball and badminton is all I can play currently. :-)

I like playing basketball and running without purpose. It gives you the feeling you can... escape everything. Not run away exactly, but run towards a solution, and the exhilaration just lights you up.
