Just put an extra gap between each line.

Or, if you're lazy: select all your text, then go to format -> paragraph -> spacing, and then set 'line spacing' to 'double'.

Click on the format tab at the tab, then on the paragraph link. That'll take you to a new screen and somewhere in the middle it'll say "Line Spacing." Change that to double.

If you'd also like to format your document so it will be easier to copy and paste into the forums, simply press [Ctrl + H] (Replace Text) and enter in the first field "Fine What:" ^p (Paragraph Mark) and enter in the second field "Replace With:" ^p^p (2 Paragraph Marks).

This will reformat your document to suit your needs in between paragraphs and allows you to copy and paste into the forums without much hassle.
