The only British sitcoms I've enjoyed thusfar to the point that missing one would be a death sentence! are: Are You Being Served?, Keeping Up Appearances, My Family, and Monty Python (if it counts, though I see it more of a 'sketch show' like MadTv)

"Eggs and bacon; eggs, bacon and toast; eggs and sausage; eggs, sausage, and spam....spam, spam, spam, eggs, sausage, and spam"

(Vikings)"Spam, spam, spam, spam. Spam, spam, spam, spam...."

LOL. Great stuff.

Wow,... European humor...
And you can't deny that its different. C'mon, the French like Jerry Louis.

From my limited experience with British sitcoms, saving select monty python skits and about 5 minutes of Benny Hill (any 5 minutes really, but thats all I can stand), I can rest assured that you Brits can't do sitcoms any better than we can. But, lucky for you, you're actually amused by them.

:P
Beware of the scary banana fingers! For they are mushy, and yellow.

I will change my sig whenever another member asks me too. (please request publicly) Last change: Nov. 12 by: Griffinkeeper

What's wrong with British sitcoms...? Lol, and who are Jerry Louis and Benny Hill?

Actually... scrap that. Just looked up Benny Hill on wiki and you're probably right, he doesn't look that funny.

Still, watch some of the better ones. ;)

Lol, still no idea who Jerry Louis is...

He's an American actorish. He spends most of his time doing fund raising activities and such. But he's hugely popular in France. Or was, in his day.

This is lama/qi, btw.
Sing lustily and with a good courage. Beware of singing as if you were half dead, or half asleep; but lift up your voice with strength.
