Yeah, they do it without a choice in France and other European countries. It's pretty good, you get a more well rounded and less specialised education. Just depends what you prefer really, I like to specialise because my talents lie in some specific things.
I wouldn't say GCSEs were easy as such, it was just simpler to get on with hard work rather than passion. I HATE maths and science but I still got As. I didn't even get As in some subjects I love this year, it's much more challenging.
I wasn't expecting AS to be this hard!
I was thinking about it and I might just go with English rather than languages for uni ;__; I'm so confused! English is my thing, I love it and I always get good marks without fail, but languages is lovely too. I dunno. I could probably to English and be more likely to get a place and succeed. A language degree is more job-centred if you know what I mean.
My parents what me to apply to Oxford to study English!
