I'm not entirely sure how it works... the gist is, you put in a title, and the website searches google images for other images with that title. Then it finds however many images you specified (four by default), casts dark magic, and spits out the result. Sometimes the result is underwhelming, but other times it is incredible. Here are some of my favourites:
