Start writing things that will make you laugh. Have fun, turn on some music and just write. Write about your day if you have too. that's what i try to do anyways. Good luch with it.

Don't worry, I am on chapter 6 of my novel and I know what I want to happen, just not how to get there.

Take a walk, leave it for a few days until you get some ideas, etc etc.

By the way, there's a good article here.
