Hey, I just joined YWS. I'm totally excited to start writing again, I used to write but then I kinda stopped. I got back into it and now I think I'm enjoying it even more!

Anyways, I am a twelve years old boy who is looking for a mentor to help me write my short stories. I write animal adventure shorts, and i want to write some fantasy/fiction ones.

Well, I'm glad I have joined the YWS and hope to become a great writer!

Welcome to Yws my little sir. I am sure you will enjoy this place very much. I am not sure If I would be an appropriate mentor for you since I am very harsh and are more of a poetry person (and do not know much about animals) But if you like I would be happy to help you out if you have any queries on your literature.

We have a thing here called the buddy system, to get newbies like you paired up with old experienced members, but you don't need that.
