Allo Meldidear.

I too have ventured to the haunted, hallowed halls of the YWS.

Hey and welcome! I chatted to you on Duck's welcome post, so I thought I should come over here and say hi to you on yours hehe

Anyway, if you're in the mood for what can become an annoyingly thorough critique without upsetting you, you're welcome to ask me for it. I'm thorough, but I'm nicer, I promise! :D ....despite having no heart. And you can ask me for specifics, because I happily tackle any challenge, so if you want general or something more specific, I'm open.

So... welcome!

Mmm, Alison Croggon! Alison Croggon rocks; I really enjoyed The Naming by her, though I was less fond of The Riddle. If you like her, I am going to suggest my writing idol, Robin Hobb. Her Farseer Trilogy is fantastic!

Go Garth Nix! :D Have you read the Keys to The Kingdom books? Well, the ones that are out, anyway. And I can second Robin Hobb. :o

And sworddance doesn't shy from big projects lol. She took on mine.

SOMEONE KNOWS WHO ALISON CROGGON IS! *Sigh* That's made me so happy. The Riddle isn't quite as good, I agree .... though mostly because Cadvan isn't in all of it. ^^

I've been meaning to check out Rbin Hobb, so I might well do that now.

I have read the Keys to the Kingdom so far. Loved Monday and Tuesday, hated Wednesday, apathetic about Thursday, and enjoyed Friday. Can't wait for Saturday! My favourite day of the week ...
