ummm...

hi, I'm Casey. I've been writing poetry for a while now...

I feel awkward and weird, but that's just normal for me.

But, I am still trying to figure out how to upload/post some of my work. This site works differently from the others that I have used.

Hey Casey! Bonjour et bienvenue.

I hope you enjoy YWS. I know what you mean, it is a bit tough to navigate at first. If you have any questions (Which I assume you do?) or need some help on anything, feel free to PM me. Even for a question you might think is stupid; no question is stupid!

Be sure to read the FAQ, Rules, and other things scattered around the site. They're very helpful.

So you write poetry? Anything else? I'm a poet too =D Perhaps I'll critique something by you. (Ach, but then you might hate me...)

surprisingly....I think I have the hang of it now. You see, I never really read FAQ, I prefer to figure things out for myself. It takes a while, but I got it in the end. Thanks for the help!

Ah, you should read the FAQ anyhow, or at the least, the rules. I only say so because there are many things that are in these two articles that people either disobey (the rules) or ask me about (the FAQ).

But, as you wish :-D and, du rien.

Good job, figuring things out for yourself. Somehow, I managed not to even find the FAQ when I first joined. Feel free to PM/IM/otherwise contact me if there's something you don't know. I can't promise that I'll know, either, but I can certainly do my best to help you figure it out.

I got used to it after fictionpress.com. While Flamers are usually ignored by most of the site, there is one group of friends that go around insulting everyone, and they change their e-mail (yahoo free accounts) and re-register whenever they are kicked off...

Well, just so you know, at YWS we ban by IP address, and serious offenders are taken care of ASAP, and don't come back.

This site is nothing like ficpress, which had almost no quality to replies, if you got any at all. Here, it is much better.

Hey Casey! Welcome to YWS!

Claire Island, Ireland is really hard to say. XD For me, anyway.

Instead of posting twice in a row, you can edit your post by clicking the little edit button in the corner.

I hope you like the site! ^_^

 ...I knew that *lies*

Thanks.

And I'm not really from Claire Island, Ireland....That's where my history traces back to, so I put that up....you know, internet safety and all that.
