I like to read. I like trees. Tamora Pierce, Christopher Paolini, Phillip Pullman, Cornelia Funke, and Eon Colfer are awesome. More are too, but i like them the best. I like to write... and swim. swimming's good.
TREEEEEEES! :D Say hello to my companion, Tynan, who will follow me around the site making remarks on my posts.

Tynan: i have to come here, too? Couldn't you have asked Liang or even Tiff?
me: No. I like your comments, and you're a girl.

Tynan: Tiff's a girl. and why do you like my comments? Because I insult what you say and make smart remarks about your work?

me: pretty much.

Tynan: Hello wandering welcomer. YoungDruid is my creator and I hate her for it.

me: ^_^

Head in the clouds: What do you like to write?
I like to write mostly adventure/fantasy/scifi stuff, though i have no doubt my friends are better. XD

Clau: What genre do you write in?
Fantasy mostly, some scifi. I tried realistic. once. I didn't get very far.

Jenna: Your avatar is pretty. What's it from?
Photobucket. I just typed in 'anime avatar' and that, among many others came up. I don't know what anime or manga it's from, but it looked cool, not like the millions of morbid and depressing ones that came up aongside it.

Tynan: What's wrong with depressing?

me: I don't like it. That should be enough for you. You know I'm an optimist.

Tynan: Unless you're ranting about your former science teacher.

me: Well.... She was an exeption. XD
Thank you for all your comments, I didn't know I would get so many so quickly. ^_^

Hallo, YoungDruid, welcome, etc., etc.

Eoin Colfer is good, I agree. Though I don't know what you see in ol' Paolini. ;)

Have fun!

Prokaryote: I didn't see much in him at first. In fact, I had to be forced to read the rest of Eragon after I finished the first chapter by my friend. Then I read Eldest. I don't think it's much better than Eragon, and I didn't like it when he swtched point of views, that didn't fit, but I like the characters, and the storyline. I dunno. Maybe it's because my work sucks that i think he's good. Maybe part of it is sympathy.
Tynan: That was a long rant. Even for you.
