I am horrible at typing, I can't touch type, I tried to learn just a little while ago but I haven't had the time of patience to continue. As a result my score was really low (a bit over 40 WPM)

Maybe I should learn to touch type...

Not bad... In 2nd-6th grade we had to do this typing program for like an hour a day... I usually get a lot sloppier when I type though, so only 2 errors is really good for me =P

I can't touch-type. I desperately wish I could. I'm taking Keyboarding next semester though, so that should be remedied.

I type with my two middle fingers, using my right thumb to press SPACE and my left pinky or ring finger to press the left SHIFT key. That's just how my typing developed, for some reason. However, I never have to look down to find a key, I have few errors, and type about 60 WPM... But I'll learn how to type correctly. Very Happy

I did pretty good! Plus I've never taken keyboarding classes, I personally think they're dumb. I just learned to type well from IM and writing.

How fast can you type it a minute?

I wouldn't call that a very accurate picture of my typing skills actually. I'm rather bad at copying things, and have a lower accuracy at something like that, versus what I normally can do just from my own head. I can go pretty fast and pretty accurately, but definately much more so when it's something I'm just putting down rather than copying while timed. XD

Anyhow, I never really mastered typing the "official" way. I guess even there I had to do my own thing. Laughing

I agree with Snoink: E.g. I typoe way faster if I know what I want to type instead of copying something. Anyways, fun test!
