Er... how does he help cute little piggies?

Other than that, I like this one better than your others. It doesn't look so rough.

But it is slightly creepy... I mean really... a pig doctor? *shudders*

A Pig Doctor in my words is just a witch doctor. In a sense.
I call em pigs because they're all old and have snout noses.

Nice! But still a little creepy. Does he have a bag on his back or is it a hump? His eyes have a sort of evil look...

Do you have this in colour?

Great work but I'm not sure what those things are across his chest. Large nails?

Vials I guess are around it's chest.

It's dark, and the contrast a bit low, so we can't see all the details; you just didn't emphasize the straps as much as you could, so it's kinda lost in the rest of the picture.

Lookin good Sponson, though you can still see where you scribbled for the shading.

*waggles finger*

Bad Sponson!

I'm liking it, the darkness actually seems to create the right sort of atmosphere for the picture. Although the knife seems to be a bit strange at the end ...
