These are just lyrics right now, I'm still coming up with the riff, and my guitar being broken doesn't help. But yeah, here are my deep, meaningful, pointless lyrics.... Anyone any clues of what it's about??

They say you can’t miss what you’ve never had
But I’ve had you so many times I'm lost
Hidden in that crowd of people
Can you even distinguish my face?

I’m lost in this race,
Do you recognise my face?

Time creeps like
Ivy trails
Across the floor
With sunlit boards
Footsteps to the window

They say what you want is what you’ll never get
So I don’t want you to connect
You don’t have to feel what I did
I don’t need an affirmation

I’m lost to this race
You can’t see my face

Time creeps like
Ivy trails
Across the floor
With sunlit boards
Footsteps to the window

They say what goes up must come down
I’m not going to take you flying
You can go with them
I’ll say here and mature

Time creeps like
Ivy trails
Across the floor
With sunlit boards
Footsteps to the window
From the door

Footsteps to the window from the door

Throw her out the window; she’s a whore (/bore)
